Rail averted his gaze, a sensitive pout on his face and a deep crimson tint to his cheeks. Was it really that unusual for someone like him to be in love with Mirajane? She complemented him perfectly and was the only person who could truly keep him tame. "Is that so weird? I knew her when she was younger, back when she was a lot like Erza-san. Back then it was admiration, but that changed when I saw her continue to work after......well, after a certain incident. I guess that's when my admiration became love."

Liarah blinked and put her hand on Fielo's shoulder. He turned. Liarah spoke, "Fighting isn't right Fielo. You too, Rail. I will hate you both if you fight each other." Liarah's voice immediately became serious. She had always acted like that.
Fielo sighed. "Gahh Fine!" He said. He had listened to her when she got serious because once, he fought with an other person when he was younger and Liarah had told him not to, but then She hated him for seven months. She wouldn't speak to him for that long.

She looked down at the two necklaces on her neck and smiled tucking them under her shirt. Lia looked around the city with a soft smile.

And therein lay the cause of Rail's fear. Mirajane had once been like Erza, meaning she wouldn't tolerate womanizer's like him. Still, he had made the decision to tell Mirajane how he felt regardless of how she would respond. "You have a point. It probably is unusual for someone like me to pursue Mira-chan's heart. I think it makes a lot of sense though."
