Quinn's eyes widened at Taylor's idea. It was actually unlikely that the jackets were in the Hermes' cabin. Both Quinn and Taylor stayed there at the moment and had never come across any jackets. It seemed possible that they could be in the big house, which was big, after all, that was it's name. She nodded "Maybe, but I doubt it would be easy to find them there, which makes our job easier and harder at the same time." She said, realising it didn't make that much sense, "What I mean is that they probably haven't been found and stolen by Hermes' kids, but they won't be that easy to find for us either." She said.

"I don't think Ame use a jacket since he's Boreas' child," Adonis said. "But you guys could use some of mine instead. I got a lot of jackets."

Quinn shrugged, "Maybe. I don't know. He might use a jacket. It'll get cold around him, will he really be able to do without a jacket, even as a child of Boreas?" She said, mostly thinking out loud. "Oh, yes, Aphrodite kids probably have loads of jackets, but most of them probably won't be of much use." She said, noting that Aphrodite kids mainly cared about fashion, so their jackets would probably look pretty but not help with the cold.

Adonis was about to speak when a running figure appears at the entrance. It was Ame, who is covered in bloody scratches and frostbites on his face, hair, and body. Behind him is Khione with her deadly icy trails lingering with her. The Boreas demigod skids in front of Quinn before he turns his head at the snow goddess, fear is written on his face. The Aphrodite son narrows his eyes at Khinoe as the goddess smirks and sneers, "Well of it ain't little Adonis. Looking foolishly handsome...as usual."

Taylor realized that Quinn was right when it came to the jackets, if they were in the big house then they were going to be difficult to find. He was about to say something optimistic about searching for the jackets when Adonis suggested borrowing some of Aphrodite's children jackets. He just shook his head to that idea, he would rather freeze then willingly wear one of those fashion pieces.
"Quinn's right," Taylor started to say to the son of Aphrodite "Maybe Chiron would kno- Woah! Watch out!" He was interrupted by the snow goddess herself chasing her half-brother. A few stray ice crystals had been flung their way, which is why he had yelled for Adonis and Quinn to duck. After the immediate danger of being impaled has temporarily passed, Taylor realized something. Khione had addressed Adonis and even knew his name. With a look of confusion on his face, Taylor asked him "Do you know her?"

Adonis glares at Khione. "Yes. She killed my girlfriend with her Hellhound," he said, a hint of anger in his tone. He can remember that day very clearly. He can picture the snow goddess' rare white beast with one of its huge paws on the poor girl's broken body.
"She was worth a kill anyway," Boreas' daughter said carelessly.
"You killed her because you thought my girlfriend could be your half sister, but she isn't!" the Aphrodite son shouted in anger. "That because she was born with pale skin and white blonde hair, it doesn't mean you have to kill her just like you were gonna kill Ame as competition!"
"Kill or be killed, Adonis. That is how it is to me."
