Hey there! Welcome to the Hetalia RP!

Rules:

- You may have 4 countries AT MOST (Unless I feel friendly)
- We love new players! Invite your friends!
- No bullying, harassing or being rude other roleplayers! THIS IS NOT TOLERATED!.
- Keep it child friendly at all times!
- Please do not overpower your characters, no one is invincible, and no one can live forever. It is not for you to decide, it is for us to decide whether or not your characters are over powered. If we tell you to please change the character a little, do not complain, just do as we ask.
-To kill another character without the owners permission is strictly off limits. The post granting permission MUST be posted here for everyone too see, and it can NOT be quoted.
-All of Tess' rules apply.
-Please don't be a mini-mod. *Ironhide* is our rule enforcement, if you see a problem, let her know.
-Treat others as you wish to be treated.
-Check back here often, more rules will be added as needed. We will try to post updates.

- Please refrain from writing in a way that restricts another character/roleplayer for an example:

This is not really a rule, it's a suggestion, but it allows your fellow roleplayers more freedom to chose what happens to they're characters. But if you see someone do this, don't be mad at them, everyone makes mistakes.

Personality: Wy is a mouthy girl who tries to act mature, but has been said to show her childish side as well. She has also been described as one to enjoy her freedom along with fun things to do. While she emphasizes the fact that the mayor of the surrounding township has recognized her independence, she realizes that she is not classified as better than either of her micronation peers. She is known to be artistic.

He often has difficulty leaving his commanding, serious mode and relaxing, even for the sake of another. Germany has to deal with an unreasonable boss along with the troublemaking Italy. He does not tolerate any mistakes, is a neat freak. He has a lack of experience when it came at relationships.

Name (Country): Arthur Kirkland, United Kingdom
Gender: Male
Personality: Arthur is the type of person you would avoid if you had any common sense. He's witty and snappy, never in a happy mood and always in a grumpy one. He's cynical, stubborn, sarcastic (if you haven't noticed), competitive, and cold. Arthur claims to be a gentleman but with his sharp tongue and potty mouth tugs him to be a bad person, but he's not really. Once he becomes friends with someone, he's very loyal and perhaps even protective. He hates admitting things especially with his own feelings arise. Arthur has a strong belief in supernatural things (such as Flying Mint Bunny and Captain Hook which he can talk to and talk back) as well as a talent in black magic. He's horrible at cooking and his sense of taste for a matter of fact which he passed down to Alfred. His hobbies include embroidering, drinking tea, literature, rock/punk music, and getting drunk (don't go drinking him). He's insanely stubborn when it comes to war and refuses to give up even though it means almost dying.

Gender: Male
Personality: Ivan is a cunning soul, warped with a blood-filled history and horror. Due to this, he never had the chance to grow up all of the way and which remains the young Ivan. He still has the cruelty of a child but can sometimes have the happiness of a child too, the creepiness of a child remains pure in his heart. Ivan does not give up. Though, the Russian is not stubborn sometimes but honestly it does depend on the situation. He is fueled purely on his bloodlust and sometimes vodka when it comes to deadly problems or even in war. Ivan has a sadistic personality. During war, he craves the battlefield and the blood staining his fingers. But- he also has a gentle side to him. He loves his family very much put aside the fact that Belarus is the only person who scares him; he dreams of living with everyone as friends in a field of sunflowers. He doesn't fear or get scared besides Belarus, but that's his only fear besides being isolated forever. He wants love and someone to keep close to him, hence "become one with Mother Russia" since he doesn't exactly know how to express himself. A secret fear is that he will end up loving someone but having their blood stained on his hands in the end. He's also ambitious and brave as well.
