Deltora Quest
The first series of Deltora Quest follows the journeys of Lief, who has set out to complete his father's quest to save Deltora. Joining Lief is an ex-palace guard Barda. Along the way they meet with Jasmine: a wild child of the Forests of Silence, who has green hair and green eyes. She can speak to trees and has two pets-a blackbird named Kree and a small, gray, furry creature called Filli. Their quest is to find the seven gems of the fabled Belt of Deltora: topaz, ruby, opal, lapis lazuli, emerald, amethyst, and diamond. Each gem is hidden in a dangerous location around Deltora and the three friends must face all sorts of perils to reach them. Once the Belt is complete the evil tyranny of the Shadow Lord will end and Deltora's one sole heir will take his/her rightful place on the throne. The books are The Forests of Silence, The Lake of Tears, City of the Rats, The Shifting Sands, Dread Mountain, The Maze of the Beast, The Valley of the Lost, and Return to Del.
Deltora Quest 2
In Deltora Shadowlands, Lief, Barda, and Jasmine set out on a quest below the land of Deltora, and travel through strange societies underground. They were formed by the three tribes of the former inhabitants of the Shadowlands, which was, long ago, a beautiful land, with the Shadow Lord repressed by the magic of the Pirran Pipe. The three adventurers convince each tribe to lend them their pieces of the Pipe, before Lief, Barda and Jasmine travel into the Shadowlands itself in order to use the Pipe to hold off the Shadow Lord and his power long enough for the thousands of Deltoran slaves to escape. The books are Cavern of the Fear, The Isle of Illusion, and The Shadowlands.
Deltora Quest 3
In Dragons of Deltora, the three companions once again must save Deltora, this time from the Four Sisters, evil creations of the Shadow Lord. These four sisters sing their songs of death across Deltora poisoning the land and causing Deltora's food supply to become limited. With only a part of a torn map, left by Doran the Dragonlover, they set out to find these sisters and destroy them. Each sister must be destroyed with the aid of a dragon. When each sister and the sister's Guardian are destroyed another fragment of the map is found and they discover that the sisters are hidden in the four most eastern, northern, western and southern corners of Deltora. The Sister of the East is hidden in Dragon's Nest. The Sister of the North is hidden at Shadowgate and the Sister of the West is on the Isle of the Dead. The final sister, of the South is hidden in the city of Del, which happens to be the hometown of Lief. The books are named after the sister's locations Dragon's Nest, Shadowgate, Isle of the Dead, and The Sister of the South.

Dain first appeared in The Shifting Sands, where, under Doom's direction, served drugged drinks to the four champions of the Rithmere Games: Glock, Neridah, Doom, and Jasmine. Doom meant for Neridah and Jasmine to take the drugged drinks, but Glock took Jasmine's drink because she did not want it. After Glock and Neridah pass out, Dain runs away from the crowd.
The Maze of the Beast
Dain appeared again in The Maze of the Beast. After saving Lief, Barda, and Jasmine from Marie and Ida, a pair of Grade One Ols, he traveled with them to the Resistance Shelter near Dread Mountain. Later during the book, he was kidnapped by pirates on a boat across the River Tor and was not seen again for the rest of the book.
The Valley of the Lost
In book 7, Dain was saved and went to Tora with Lief, Barda, and Jasmine in order to find out if his parents were there. He seemed despairing while he saw the scene in Tora. He yelled at Doom who arrived after awhile but he showed his calm then came back to stronghold with Doom at last.
Return to Del
In Return to Del, Dain is thought to be the heir of Endon because Lief discovered that Dain is an anagram of Adin, the first king of Deltora and that his mothers' name Rhans is a anagram of Sharn. However, he is revealed to be a Grade Three Ol and nearly kills Doom in his true form. However, Lief manages to loop the Belt of Deltora around him and kills him.
Personality:Before he revealed that he was an Ol, he acted very kindly and caring towards the three companions.He ingratiated himself toward everyone he meet. It was assumed at one point that he may have been the heir to the throne.

Other:He was brought back from the dead by a preistess who says she saw the good in him, freed him from the Shadow Lord and made him a good guy! Though he is no longer an Ol!

History(Optional):Adora was raised in a distant country to become a preistess, though secretly she was always a fighter at heart. Adora let her older brother take her place as the spiritual leader of their village, and went away to become a skilled fighter. Though when she returned and saw that her village had been desrotyed, she lost control of her spiritual power and transformed into a crature that caused even more distruction. When she became herself again, the villagers tried to kill her, driving her away before she could even ask what had happened to her brother, Iva. Now she is a pirate, sailing the seas with her loyal crew, who fear her a great deal. Though, when she came to Deltora at one point, she saw something that intrigued her. Leif, Barda and Jasmine. She gathered infromation on them and some of their freinds and learned of what they had done to free Deltora.
Personality: adora is cearfree and likes to have fun. though she is also very strict, threatening and can get vioent when someone close to her is hurt.

Though her life changed when both of her parents were killed by the Shadow Lord because they had dissopbeyed him.
Personality: Trista is quiet and seemingly shy, though she is tough and get angr easilly. She is usually sorrowful though and is emo. She can sometimes have emotional break downs.

History(Optional):Iva and his younger sisters adora grew up together in a far off land. hey were both being trained in differnt feilds, adora is being a preistess, and Iva as being a soldier. Though Adora gave her spot to Ive because he was much more qualified and her usually didn;t like fighting. Though he was devistated when he heared his sister had run off. A few years later, his village was attacked by demons, and Iva could only protect most of them. A small handfull of vuillagers were taken by the demons so Iva and some others went off to find them and returne. When Iva had gotten back and heard of what happened to his sister, he was shocked, and against many people's wishes, set off with a handfull of villagers or people who worked with him, set off to find her.
