((I will be reserving France et an OC. Let me get my form.))
Name: Ysavandia
Human Name: Lilliosa Bonnefoy
Gender: Female
Personality: Ysavandia puts up a tough, brave front. She is often seen wearing a caplet and aviator goggles, which she believes makes her look cool, and therefor makes her think she must act 'cool'. She uses the caplet to hide the scars on her body, while using the goggles to hide her eyes, which are pretty open windows to her true feelings. While in this ruse, she can be brave, strong-willed, and very rude. Removing these from her immediately causes a swift change in her personality. Her condescending and rude ways completely disappear, instead being replaced with an apologetic attitude, cowardice, and extreme politeness. She will cower even when spoken to, and is more prone to expression and running.
Description: Ysavandia is a small, young woman with a slender, weak frame and small bones. She isn't very muscular or big, and is scrawny at best. She had short black hair, with a curl on her head, and has bleu eyes. She is usually covered in dirt of some sort, and is never clean. Her hair is often dirty, mucky, and matted. She wears a pale yellow caplet around her shoulders and goggles on her eyes. Her clothes underneath the caplet, a black tank top and yellow shorts, are tattered and dirty. She has many scars on her body, mostly collecting on her shoulders and back area, with a few burn marks being on her arms. One of the burns is on her wrist, and is a serial number, 9336.
History: Ysavandia used to be a very small nation that lied on the coast of Greece. She lived with Greece for a very short time, before getting lost and being found and taken in by France during 1923. She flourished as a nation for about six years, under the queen, Lisa Matheiu. In 1930, Matheiu was murdered by a tyrant, Sir William Rabu, and the country came under a tyranny. When WW2 started, Rabu decided to help aid France by sending all available working to mine metals and refine them. This made a bunch of tunnels underneath the most populous Ysavandian cities, and made it a very unstable nation. As the metals were mined, there were less and less people since they all kept dying of black lung and other injuries. Eventually, the nation was unable to support itself and the mines were closed, leaving the nation devastated after the war, and in a growing depression. After some complications with the nation's unification with Sealand, Ysavandian's eventually started mining again, making themselves more money when they struck oil underneath their crappy little countryside. After a peaceful negotiation, Ysavandia won it's independence from France and became it's own nation, though the two still remain on good terms.
