Eiko sat, perched up on the tree, gripping his staff tightly as he watched, fear clearly shown in his eyes. He knew he wasn't the best thrower, so he didn't bother getting a rock.

Kokushou (somehow) walked on thin air, not realizing it, towards Yuki and sat on the branch. "Oh. I was standing on thin air? Anyways, are you sure the rocks can hurt them? They ARE, well... shadows?"

"Well then, how can WE hurt them?" Yuki replied flippantly. "Oh, Eiko, do you know anything about these weird beings that could help us fight them..?" she asked.

Kokushou sighed and laid against the trunk of the tree. "SILENCE PEOPLE! I NEED SLEEP! SLEEP! I'M TIRED!"

Yuki patted her head, then jumped down recklessly, laying low to the ground. A shadow tried to grab at her ankles, but she hissed at them in her best Gollum voice- "What are you doinngg, idiot? I'm a sshadow, like youu~"
((I have no idea what Gollum sounds like. So I'm sorry.))

Kokushou looked at Yuki like o.O "Seriously Yuki," she hissed, "I think throwing random rocks might work better."

Eiko shook his head quickly before watching Yuki jump down. He rested a hand on his head and sighed.
"I-I don't know what to do..." He said quietly.

Yuki was reveling in the fact that she could walk among the shadows- when she realized, she hadn't really accomplished anything. The exit was right there, and since Lilac had disappeared and Kimiko was on the tree she realized they could probably just leave.

"C'mon, Eiko," Kokushou said comfortingly. "You can do it! You just have to have confidence."
((Imagine cliche music playing here.))
"You're the only one who know magic between us. You're our only hope!" Kokushou said, trying to raise up Eiko's confidence. Indeed, he was probably the strongest of them all.

Eiko looked at Kokushou before nodding slowly.
"...I-I try...?" He mumbled in more of a question as he help up his staff. The staff began to glow brightly. "I can't only prevent them from moving...!" He sounded strained as all of the shadows, except for Yuki, were stuck in place.
