I grin, flashing pure white fangs. I clamber to my feet, stretching. A thought shatters my paradise. "What if they replaced my Dark gym?"

Lee-Umbreon hybrid: *she shrugged slightly.* dunno. *she said as she stood up.* we need to get off this island...not just me and you, but everyone...unless we all get together and fight the scientists. *she stated.* we won't be able to go back home...they wouldn't see us as people or family anymore. *she stated.* but if we could find or take over this island then we can start to rebuild our lives. *she said, frowning slightly as she spoke.*

I look up. "Let's just be free, here. We can take over the lab, save the world. Just... Relax!" I shake my head, spreading my huge, uninjured wing. "This life is the best. Without rules, flying through the sky, free as Articuno. No rules to follow, nothing to stop us. It is the life I chose, and I shall not leave it. I have grown accustomed to it, and any other life is not mine. The freedom." I scoff. "They say Kalos is the land of the free. They were wrong! The free life is the life without ties, without boundaries."

Lee-Umbreon hybrid: *she listened to him quietly.* ummm what about those who can't fly? *she asked him with a soft giggle as she began to sit down once more.*

I laugh. "Well, you can. With me." I untie my wing, finding it nearly healed. "My wings are strong enough for both of us." I grab her hand, darting out of the cave at what feels like the speed of light. I direct myself up, spreading my huge wings.

I pull her close. "I won't drop you." I promise solemnly. "Unless you irritate me!" I add teasingly. I pull my wings in, hurtling towards Earth. I whoop, pumping my fist in the air. Only a few feet above the ground, I spread my huge wings.
