Loki shook his head, the smirk still spread across his face. "A girl as smart as you should have figured it out by now. I will give you some time to rest on it."

"Was that a compliment?" Eclipse's eyes narrowed playfully. She thought she caught on to what he was saying, but she wasn't quite sure and didn't want to make a fool out of her self by guessing, so she hoped he would just leave it at that. "What's next, a hug?" she smirked, taking a few steps back and looking past him. "You don't think Alduin has a good plan, do you?" she asked, abruptly changing the subject.

Loki shrugged. "You tell me. And, not really. We can't just release all the dragonkin at once, and expect to get a good result."

Eclipse gave a small nod, glancing down at the ground with slightly narrowed eyes. But then again, who are you to disagree. He's a huge, man-eating dragon with little dragonkin minions, and you're just a little mutant with a score to settle. She blinked, exiling the voice from her head and looked up at Loki again. "So what are you going to do about it?"

Loki shrugged. "Let it happen, then watch as he shrivels into ashes from the fire he caused."

Eclipse's smirk widened as she heard that and she couldn't help but snigger a bit. "Not a bad plan. But aren't dragons fire-proof. What if he turns on you?"

Loki shrugged once more. "It has happened many times. I will be the only one to walk out alive, otherwise. Also, he will burn in the flames that are mentally created."

"The only one to walk out alive? Well aren't you a little ray of darkness." Eclipse smirked. Her grey eyes glinted with fascination; apparently, this sort of thing had happened to him more than once... New York ran through her mind and she just looked at him for a moment.

Loki beamed as Eclipse called him a, "a little ray of darkness." "Why, yes, yes I am."

Eclipse shook her head slightly, smirk still perched on her lips and she walked past him. "Well then, it seems we'll work very well together," she said, starting to quite confident in this little 'alliance'. However, she had half a mind to go to Alduin and sell Loki out. It could get her to a higher standing- but no. She didn't feel like having his wrath, nor did she particularly feel that Alduin was a better option.
