Blood Lillies - [ Zombie/Human]

Riley shrugged, "I would rather go hunting first, I don't want to go zombie when we find them." she murmered, then sighed, "Thats if we find any of them." she added quietly.

"We will," Dexter reassured Riley as he started out of the city, he drove a bit so that they wouldn't run into any human while they hunted before parking alongside the road. "Ready?" he asked, tilting his head.

Riley nodded, hopping out of the car. "Your going to have to help me, I still don't feel all that well." she murmered, glancing over at Dexter. She still felt exhausted, even from eating that deer and a good nap.

"Don't worry," Dexter smiled as he also got out of the car and shut the door, "I was planning to help you anyway," he rolled his eyes and set out into the forest.

Riley rolled her eyes aswell, following him into the forest. She looked around and sniffed the air, trying to catch the scent of prey, but she was having no luck at the moment. Her tracking and picking up on scent skills wern't fully developed at the moment.

Dexter set off ahead of Riley, feeling at ease being surrounded by the trees as he scented the air, trying to find traces of the scent that would pull him more into predator mode.

Riley followed after him curiously, watching him. She never really seen him hunting before, only once but that was more in her 'zombie' state so she couldn't remember much of it.

Dexter picked up the scent of a lone deer and paused, slightly confused since most of the time deers travel in herds, or at least he thought so, truthfully he didn't know anything about them. Brushing that thought away he headed deeper into the forest, tracking the scent easily.

Riley followed, then soon picked up the scent. She emitted a low growl as her zombie state started to show more, narrowing her eyes slightly as her pupils enlargened.

Dexter looked back at her growl and sighed, knowing she was going into zombie mode. Then walked more quietly as they approached the clearing he scented the deer in, trying not to alert it to their presence, then burst out of the under bush, quickly catching the deer and pinning it to the ground, grateful it was small, and a doe like earlier. He winced as it bucked and caught his arm with a hoof, then tightened his hold, waiting for Riley to finish it off again.
