"Bless you," Jeff muttered, looking over Nomi once more before setting off toward the forest again.

"Thanks." Nomi said and smiled as they got closer to the forest, the one place she was more familiar with and most comfortable in.

Jeff smiled again and continued into the forest, taking a breath of the forest air, blushing as his stomach growled slightly.

"You can go ahead and go hunt, the way back to the tree is easy enough...and as for the other zombies, I'm not too worried about them." Nomi said, smiling at Jeff.

Jeff held Belinda out to Nomi, "Yell if you need me," he told Nomi, still worried about her and Belinda, and not eager to leave them alone, "if you explore, stay around the tree, okay?"

Belinda held onto Jeff and she blinked.

"Kay, will do." Nomi said, while she took Belinda, not bothering to tell Jeff that when she explored she usually didn't pay attention to where she was.

Jeff smiled again before jogging off into the forest, quickly disappearing from sight as he scented for deer or something large enough to ease his hunger.
