Blaze suddenly perked up at what the girl had said. "Guard shift?" he repeated. "Like, to guard the tributes?" Blaze had to get to Jace and Ruby. They deserved to know what he knew, and more so that they didn't think he hated them. Glancing around to make sure no one was watching him, Blaze turned to the girl and lowered his voice. "Look, you've gotta take me to them," he murmured, his eyes pleading her.

Ruby;
Ruby knew that Willow was right. She sure wasn't very nice, but she knew what she was doing. She listened to the woman, wanting to ask questions. "Have you seen Blaze lately?" she asked determinedly, temporarily forgetting about anything and everything that didn't revolve around that question. If Mason's mentor was allowed access, then her mentor should be allowed as well.

Willow shrugged, "Not today. I maybe see him three times a week. Saw him yesterday in the gym." She sighed a bit, " Look, that's not why I came. Mason, pull yourself together. What happened to that quiet polite Mason? I liked him. He had his defensive side but he was at least likeable. Save it for the capital. I know you mist got out of the games but your family is coming and you need to relax."

Jax Moonwater, Mentor, 16, Single, District 4

Jax turned a corner, and immeadeatly bumped into Coal. The younger girl looked up at him, her eyes cold and hard, "Sorry." She mutters, her voice just as hard, being a previous victor it made her this way currently. Well that was unless she was around people that knew her well or were Mentors like she was.

He was walking and the next thing he knew someone bumped into him. "It's alright, hey so you know where the tributes are being held? I've been told to meet with one of the deputies who is by them. And being back from the battle fronts I have no clue where I'm going." He asked kind of desperate for some directions but he tried to appear as if he wasn't desperate. She looked cold and hard. Either a victor or solider. He looked at her again, he thought he recognized her as a mentor or victor.

When he asked to take him with her she was stunned. She thought he would have seen the tributes already. She stared at him for a minute and figures out a deal,"Alright, but tell me why you want to. I'm not losing my job for you, even though technically I should be out on battle front lines.." She muttered the last part with disappointment. She liked fighting in war and now and here she couldn't.

She walked by Mason's and Ruby's cells. She heard something about visitors and she went up to them and said."Sorry to eavesdrop but I can assure you it won't be long, with good behavior, that you will be allowed more visitors and freedoms." She said good behavior and stared at Mason, she knew about the time he tried to run.

Jace Lee: District 1

Jace lay silently in his hospital bed, listening to the voices of the people talking down the hallway. When Ruby spoke up and mentioned Blaze, he was instantly reminded of how Blaze had never warned them. He managed to stay calm and not go into a bit of a panic attack, but if Blaze came to talk with Ruby and himself, he wasn't going to hold anything back. He tuned out his thoughts as Willow spoke again. She hadn't seen Blaze but a few times. He must be out partying, getting drunk with these people. He could have obviously come down before.

Ruby sighed, remaining quiet. That was exactly why Mason despised this woman. She was glad to know that Blaze was here, and now that if they behaved like good little tributes then the could receive visitors.

Blaze;
Blaze let his hard expression break through with a smile of some sort. "I need to talk to them," he answered her, his face falling serious once more. He knew that the few words didn't seem like much, but one look at him and any idiot could tell that he was 1,000% serious.

She looked at them. They sure did hate her guts. Couldn't blame them much. "Okay look, you both may hate me. It doesn't matter to me, I'm not...fond of you either. And if you both want to act like spoiled brats then so be it, it won't get you get any sooner and won't give you more information either. But your situation could be worse. We have soldiers out there fighting and risking their lives. Maybe you can join them, join us. But we need to be able to trust someone that won't run from this...problem and you are both capable of becoming someone that can help us win this thing but we need you to prove we can trust you." She said her eyes and expression serious. And almost sad. This was hard, but they would manage.

She looked at him. "Fine, but I get to hear everything you have to tell them." She said sternly. She was serious as well, she wouldn't lose her job by having too much information leaked. Sure she might let him leak some, but not everything about their operation in thirteen.

Mason's hand twitched and he visibly flinched when Katherine called them spoiled, "Spoiled?" He growled out, voice strained. To a stranger, if might sound angery, but to Willow and Ruby, it hurt him, "I AM thankful to be out if there. Anything is better than the area. What you DON'T know is we're broken from it. We haven't seen our families, Kr society, and or minds are still in the arena. Give us a break for God's sake."

"There's no break in war." She said and turned to leave. Her tattoo was flashed and she quickly covered the tattoo on her forearm. Of her brother under it it said 65th games. And under it was a scar. She had lost someone in the games. She saw the tributes as people who lived when her brother had to die. For the stupid Capital's entertainment. Memories of watching flashed in her kind. She had to go before she spilled more information of the rebellion. She turned back and had a sad almost look of pity on her face before looking back and starting to leave.

Mason growled softly. He had no pity for someone that had no pity for him. He turned his back and sat in the corner, happily putting the needle in his arm again.
