"Well it's true!" she smiled pointing the the cold sleet and snow path she left while walking into the tardis.

Name- Layla

Hair: Brown
Eyes: Blue
height: Fairly tall
Mental health: Most of the time is crazy. But when need be she can be smart or amazing. Basically whatever the situation calls for.
Physical health: She is fast, strong, and can seem to hear super well. One weakness is sight.
Personality: Very leader-like. Also accuses the Doctor for Gallifrey's loss. She is secretly related to him in a way that most wouldn't be able to imagine. She also doesn't know he actually saved Gallifrey. Also usually can be pretty nice to almost anyone but is snappy to the Doctor. Isn't afraid of him and NEVER will be.

Powers (Since I don't know where to put them.): She can change into the element of whatever she is holding or touching. And can control basic elements. (Ex. Fire, Earth, Water, and Air.)

The Doctor paused while staring at the path. "Do you know how to control it?" He wondered in curiosity and fascination.
Tylana just stood by and grinned, reading his mind throughout the whole thing.

"At times. Mostly my ice has its own thoughts, if I am hurt it will protect me. It moves on its own without me, the only substance of my powers i real control is my ice and snow magic but sometimes when im angry it just makes a blizzard" she sighed and realized she was becoming a little over heated again "Do you guys have a cold fan or something, I begin to 'melt' per-say if im over heated and I am honestly still overheated from the outside area." she looked at The Doctor then Tylana.

Layla: Suddenly the Tardis door opens and Layla walks in smiling. "So you are the all famous Doctor I hear. Sorry but I stalk those kind of sites. And yes. It is smaller on the outside." She smiled.
(She's dressed in black BTW.)

Tylana and the Doctor frowned, and Tylana closed her eyes for a moment, manipulating the atoms in the air with her telekinesis, slowing them down to make it cooler.
The Doctor on the other hand, stared at the newcomer. "Who are you?" He asked, ruffling his thick brown hair, and his lucid brown eyes dancing with curiosity.

Layla: "Hmm. Well I'm someone who knows almost everything bout this place. But I'm assuming you meant my name or something. So my names Layla. But I'm not armed... with too many items. But don't worry I won't shoot. And hmm what else?" She smirked slightly.

The Doctor raised his eyebrows, rubbing the back of his neck a little nervously. "I don't like guns." He muttered a little, before Tylana stepped forward.
"I'm Tylana." She said. "Welcome aboard the TARDIS. Try not to kill anyone." She teased.

Layla: "Yeah sure you don't like guns. Well I do. And you can probably rest in peace with the fact that they are on safety. I don't really like to take a kill shot. I'm more of a knee and shoulder person. Oh hi. What's your name? NO I WON'T KILL ANYONE!" She smiled teasingly/
