Scarlet felt even worse. She didn't care that she had sponsors.. How the heck was she going to tell Kinkaide that she was going to get Mark out of the arena? That would most likely mean that Scarlet and Kinkaide would have to die... How could she bring herself together to do that?

[snow i]

Kinkaide narrowed her eyes at the expression on Scarlet's face. "Scarlet... are you ok?" She said holding scarlet away from her by the shoulders trying to see her face.

[Nessiie]

Scarlet shakes her head. "I'm sorry..."

Kinkaide narrowed her eyebrows. "Sorry for what?"

[Nessiie]

"For.. For.... We have to get Mark out!" Scarlet blurts, putting her face in her hands again.

[snow i]

Kinkaide got a distant look in her eyes. "You mean out of the arena. Help him win..."

[Nessiie]

Scarlet nods, not lifting her gaze. She sobs into her hands.

[snow i]

"Ok." Kinkaide said softly.

[Nessiie]

Scarlet finally looks at Kinkaide. "I-I'm going to try to get him out, b-but I don't think I can bring myself to kill anyone..." She stutters.

[snow i]

Kinkaide started to smile. "We'll do it. We'll get him out of there, and don't worry, you won't have to kill anyone."
