Summer came around again. Love is in the air again. Its supposed to be a happy, bright exciting three months. Everyone looks so free and out there. Here's your chance to shine again. To show that someone who you really are. Sometimes you're the one that needs to be shown the world. This summer is gonna change everything- So take a chance-

Personality: Cody is a very mellow kind of guy, just easy-going. He's quiet and reserved- and often thinks less of himself even though he is a very determined person. He might say Hi, but you're gonna have to be the one to strike up a conversation- he's not good at that. He can be sarcastic- but he's usually just quiet. Not shy, just quiet. He's not the part of any popular party, which means he's not a big crowd person. He just needs to be opened up- so he can show you his true self- and even though he seems like the kind you wouldn't want to approach- he's actually caring and sweet- just get to know him. He's daring and usually the risk taker- and when he sets his mind to something- he will do it- or at least try. He's not the kind to let you down- he's someone you can count on-and even though he might look locked up, but he's really a big softie- with a big heart.
History: Just an average life- except the fact that his mom died in a car crash and brother is in the army. His dad's barely home except on weekends which gives him a lot of time alone.

Cy is a very sarcastic, trouble making teenager. She's rarely ever nice, but when she is its mainly to her little brother, Danny. She hates being the center of attention or being talked too. She usually sits by herself or is skipping class to hang out on the roof of the school.
History:
Cy grew up like a normal kid until her dad got cancer. Her mom was constantly watching after Cy's dad and little brother, so there was no room for her in her mom's life. Her dad eventually died and it wreaked havoc on her personality. Cy and her dad were really close, and when she lost him... Her life did a complete 180.

Cody groaned as he rolled over in bed- the sun just shining through the window. He could hear barking as a big black and tan German shepherd dog came running up the stairs to wake him up. "Oh come on Sam- couldn't you wait?" Cody groaned rolling over and tossing his pillow at the dog. Samson just kept running and leaped straight up onto Cody's bed, beginning to tug at the covers. He thought of everything in a fun way. Cody however had just lost his chance to sleep in- again.
Cody rolled over again until he dangled at the edge of his bed, pretty much falling off- "whoa-whoaa..." he fell with a thud and then went to wash up and get dressed. He had his usual jeans on- dark blue with some rips in the knees, a usual grey T-shirt, and his black and white jacket- though it was mostly black. Heading down he realized his dad was already gone to work, figuring he would just call him. Sighing- though not in contentment but more out of annoyance, he took a drink of water and slipped on his favorite gray converse heading out already. There was no point in staying home alone when there wasn't anything to do anyway. On the way out he grabbed his skate-board and decided he'd head down to the beach that day- maybe cruise around- meet some one even. Maybe later he'd come and get Samson- bring him along- after all Samson was pretty much his buddy.
Without a second thought he headed down the quiet street, of course on his skate-board, I-pod in his pocket, he dug into his other pocket to make sure he had his droid phone with him, before speeding up down the street and turning the corner towards the beach.

As Cody neared the beach, his eyes scanned the crowds walking, sitting, talking, in the water. It was a long ride but he didn't mind- at least he had a chance to kill time. Sighing he kicked up his board and headed down, thinking about grabbing a smoothie on his way down. At least now he could be alone- and just think and watch people.

"You Twit! Get back here with my jacket!" Cy, the running female, chased the red haired male that was gripping her jean jacket. "If you don't get back here I will make your life miserable!" Cy ran past a guy holding a skateboard and tackled the red haired male. "Next time you mess with my jacket I will mess with you." She gave the male her signature death glare and he peeled off, tripping along the way. "Stupid twit..." She pulled her jacket on over her purple tank top and brushed the sand off her gray jeans.

Cody's hair blew to the side- or should I say more of his hair blew to the side as his eyes scanned in front of him. He could've sworn he almost dropped his skate-board that time. He didn't say anything nor moved but he did look to the side where he saw a girl- and another guy that was running away with her jacket. He almost laughed as he watched them- and man was that one tough girl. He could feel a smile spreading across his face but he lowered his head to hide it. He was smiling though it was just barely visible. He was pretty much glad he showed up at the beach, because he'd do anything to see that scene again. He knew that girl probably saw him- but of course she probably didn't care like most other people. He smirked to himself slightly and gripped his skate-board tighter. "some show..." he muttered not really feeling like moving out of the way either.
