Peter stopped quickly on top of a roof when all the lights around him went out. The only light available was on the dimming sky and the lights of the cars on the ground. He glanced around, confused about what had just happened. He walked to the edge of the building he was on and crouched down "What is going on..?" He muttered, his eyes scanning the area.

Catherine~ I took out my transformation device. My transformation device is a pad that has the colors of my transformation form Wedding Madian. I felt like somebody(Loki) was watching me. "Crystal Wedding Day." I said. My whole outfit changed.

Moran laughed loudly and quite insanely to himself, cruel grey eyes alive with amusement. The few screams that sounded when the lights when out were pleasing sound to him. Fun! Fun! Fun! Moran laughed again and sent more electricity, this time causing the lights to flicker. He was really hoping for trouble, and he was goingto get it by any means necessary. The maniac's hair stood on end, the excess electricity coursing through his body.

Peters eyes skimmed over a guy quickly, but something caught his eye about the dude. His eyes retreated back to the guy and he saw, what was that? Electricity going threw the guy? Electricity. The lights. This guy was probably doing it. Weirder things have happened. Peter slowly snuck down the wall and silently walked up behind the guy, only a couple feet away "You know, electricity is very dangerous to play with," he said casually "Wouldn't want anyone to get hurt..."
