Artorius scooted backwards until he hit the wall, making a few decorations on said wall shake dangerously. He was practically hiding behind Alice at this point, and he nodded furiously to her comment. "Yeah! SOWHADDYAMEAN,AGAIN!?" he sputtered out, his words running together in his panic. His eyes darted up towards Alice.

Now that Artorius was hiding behind her, Alice pats his head, allowing her fingers to sift briefly through his soft hair. "How do you do that, Arto?" she wonders, then tugs at his hair. "Hey, can I have your hair? Pretty please?"

Artorius' screaming eventually faded into a whimper as he looked at his feet, seemingly just soothed by Alice's touch. How did tonight become so..messed up? Okay, so it was messed up to begin with, or at least it was after they had found Rendan, but that was what had fascinated him about her. Or it had at first, now it was just kind of creepy, but still.

Rendan sighed. " I'm nearly immortal, but I do die. I just can revive myself by replacing my soul with another one. There's an entire kingdom of souls in my head, so I can just kill myself if there's too much pain. Though I'd rather not. Now, do you want me to clean this mess up?"

Artorius simply stared at her as if she had been speaking gibberish. And really, to him, it kind of was. Shrugging off whatever the heck had just happened, he nodded slowly. "Um, yeah, that'd be nice!" he said, his voice still a little squeaky and unsure sounding.

She stared at him for a second before nodding and looking down at the bloody mess. Her hair turned pink, and she breathed out a pink mist onto the blood. The mist settled into the blood, and the blood completely faded away.
