A New Era (Naruto RP)(MOVED TO AS)

Kakashi sighed. Was this a rescue mission, or a mission to protect the welfare of the village? "I want you two to go check the situation out some more. Don't intervene unless absolutely necessary. We don't need any more bloodshed than we've already had in this village." He wished he had more details. He was a great strategist, but that was easier when he was experiencing the battle first-hand. "I'll send one of my top ANBU with you. Safety precaution, you could say."
"Lord Hokage," Eko- said quietly, standing behind Natsuki and Lupine. "You need me?"
"This is Mitarashi," he said to Natsuki and Lupine. He hid the fact that it bothered him that Eko- called him 'Lord Hokage'. The same as it had bothered him when Tenzo called him Senpai. "She'll take good care of you." Kakashi added briefly. Mitarashi was Eko-'s ANBU name, chosen over 20 years ago after an incident involving a botched ANBU mission.

(I have no idea about any of these characters so.... for the sake of convenience.... I'll do that? If this is totally bad, please let me know. I'm trying to play catch-up. I didn't know joining a 300+ page RP could be such a pitfall for me. Many, many apologies for being more of a plague than a helper.)

The silver haired kunoichi laughed, shaking her head. "Well, I think it was. I guess I'm just odd like that..." she said, turning away from him and blushing slightly.

"I wouldn't call you odd, now interesting either."snorts, crossing his arms.

Natsuki said nothing before talking again. "Can I bring the jonin Uzumaki and some others with me?" She asks, frowning. "I'm only a chinin and Lupine here is only a Jonin..."

Kagami hardly glanced at Kagame as he took Takeshi's old seat, not bothering to explain to Raishi the seating arrangements either as all would be explained once the rest of the group joined them. Speaking of which, she wondered when her birds would reach their targets while also keeping the rodent she sent to spy on the Hokage under her careful surveillance. Amazing how well she could multitask, until she bit her own thumb that is. With a soft puppy-like squeak of surprise more than pain, the female Akatsuki jumped a bit in startle, releasing her thumb and studying the deep imprints and blood blister left by her teeth.

Naoki had slept in longer than he'd planned, and quickly got ready for the day. As usual he wore his black shirt and pants along with the Sound Nin cow patterned leg warmers and scarf. He readjusted the wraps around his arms and tied the wrap snugly over his unseeing eyes, his forehead protector was sewn into his scarf. Once ready he walked out of the room and outside, greeted by the sunlight warming his face. He wondered where his squad mate, Taisho, was but shrugged it off as they'd find each other if either was needed by the other. He made a hand sign then muttered, "Ninja Art, Location Jutsu; Chakra-Sound Wave Pulse". With that his chakra was sent out in continuous waves that pushed sound waves, similar to echo location or sonar or such, that bounced off objects back to him and gave him a clear image of his surroundings. He briefly wondered where that girl, Nagisa, that he'd met and who showed him around and to a place to eat last night, was. With a sigh and a better idea of his surroundings, he started walking.

Silver and KAine had finally met up, now the two were heading back to the Hokage's office to submit the paperwork given to Silver to fill out the day before. She also wanted to further discuss which test of the Exams she was to proctor and where. She was excited and it could be seen in her bounding step, her pony tail swaying like a pendulum as she all but skipped to the building. Kaine wasn't in such high spirits, his emotionless expression and bored gaze made that obvious if his uncaring walk at a leisure pace, hands shoved into his pockets, didn't. The Mist shinobi pair were so opposite it was hard to believe them siblings. Only their clan markings under their left eyes gave that away. Their eyes and hair, although similar were different even. Both had the blood splatter markings in their iris and replacing their pupils as well as at their hair ends, however Silver's hair was black otherwise, as was her eye color behind the splatter marks, while Kaine's hair was tan and eyes a bone like creamy white.

Sakura and Ryuki walk towards the academy, Ryuki had insisted on her walking with him since she wasn't so busy that morning with preparations for the Chunin exams.

Eiko laughed as she approached the gates of Konoha, she had left the Rock Village that night without permission to see the Chunin exams in a couple days despite being advised against it. She didn't see the problem, sure she and Son Goku didn't really see eye to eye, but he hadn't shown any sign of trying to cause any problems so she thought it'd be fine. The Jonin had left a note to her Explosives Corps squad saying she was talking a few days to herself to try to get in Son's good graces so no one would come looking for her....hopefully. Little did she know, her older brother was in the village as well. She told the guards at the gate she was here for the exams and was given a permission pass to be in the village.

(other than Kokuo I believe that's everyone, phew took a while haha)

Subaku shook her head, laughing softly. "The koi was beautiful by the way." she said softly, waiting to say it until after a certain amount of time. "I put it next to it's twin. They look quite beautiful together. You should come back with me. Just rest properly, please? For at least a night?"

[jaques]

Takeshi froze before sighing. "I guess for a night..."

Subaku smiled kindly, a slight look of relief on her face. "I'm glad... Glad I found you..." she started, sniffling as tears formed in the corner of her violet eyes. "I-I thought.... I'd never see you again... And t-that made me sad..." At this point, more and more tears were starting to fall from her face as her bangs hid her face as she looked down.

Takeshi inwardly practiced having no knowledge on how to deal with crying people, let alone Subaku. "Uh...I'm sorry?" He says hesitantly before shuffling forward and hugging her awkwardly. "It's ok?"

She sniffs, holding onto his arms as he hugged her, her tears staring to clear up. "I-I'm sorry... I just, feel so useless." she said, smiling at him though a few tears leaked out.

"Come to think of it, that would be a decent idea. However, too large of a team would look like an ambush. You'll want to be a bit careful when thinking about who to take with you..." Kakashi paused. When was he leaving this up to Natsuki? As she pointed out, she was a chuunin. He could consider it as a test of her strategizing skills, which seemed to be a bit better than his in that moment. That was unusual. "I'll leave the decision of who to take with you up to you, Natusuki. Have the team you choose report back to me after ou return. Whether or not you take Mitarashi is up to you, now." he put a hand on one hip.
