I nodded, "It really is." I murmured softly. I reached to grasp her hand, hoping she wouldn't find it weird.

Melinoe closed her eyes as she leaned against him. Just then she heard a voice in her head and it wasn't Athena. Her eyes opened to see a young athletic women standing at the edge of the forest. She had a bow and arrow. Her hair was braided and she wore a old style dress. The women appeared to be around twelve and her eyes were a strange silvery yellow. Like moon.
(Apologies I doozed off. And I find to eazy to write romance stuff with both genders.)
Perry nodded and held Chance's hand, which was quite warm and found it quite comforting. "I come up here quite a lot, to get away from the chaos below." She said quietly.
Jacob sighed and looked in the direction Melinoe was looking. He saw a young woman at the edge of the forest. She looked no more than twelve, yet seemed mature, wise and sensible. Whoe was she? Then, he realised; this woman looked strangely familiar. She looked like the moon, if that made any sense. She looked like Artemis.
Jacob thought of everything he knew about Artemis. She was Apollo's twin sister. She was the huntress of the moon. She had a band of young girls, who were immortal; the huntresses. She disliked men... and her huntresses were banned from having a relationship with any man. Was Artemis trying to recruit some demi-gods as huntresses? Jacob looked around and wondered who she would choose.
