he has a gun armed with EMP when shot it extends metal spijes that pierce through and grab on to its target,overriding anything elecrtical causing it to fry,the best weapon for high speed chases as its mainly a long ranged weapon
Rainer also has really sharp armour that is very affective in combat,he is trained in several martial arts.

i wince as my bro pulls me out,my optics fading and coming back,my left servo hanging by a few wires,i sat there for awhile,seconds seemed like hours,like i was froze, i managed to say"d-decep--decepti-freaks," choking on the last bit,my voice muffled my static nioses and eventually just turning into one on going "c-hhhhhhhhh," tone,my optics flikering as i look down at the dirt almost lifeless.

i stand like a statue as Sunstreaker barges past,i move back as he passes through with poor Sides,i watch him with shock as fuzzy noises escape the bot,it would be con's ,but how when,so many questions but i just stared shocked and felt helpless,i kneel down next to Sides and Sunny.

Sunstreaker's optics burned brighter than ever, servos shaking at the sight of his brother and the utter pain he felt through their bond. He nearly growled when Sideswipe confirmed it was the 'Cons, though every time they were mentioned he regretted having ever joined the Decepticons back then. But that didn't matter now- Sides mattered, more than anything, and was the only 'bot he had left to care for. He wasn't going to let him fade, not now- because if he did, he'd more than likely go out himself from the empty feeling. He took a moment to get his thoughts straight, barely noticing that Electrix was next to him. "..Who." He forced out through an angry, choked breath, spark aching horridly. Sunny took his right servo away from the mech's helm, running three of his clawed digits lightly down his brother's faceplates, before reaching down and grabbing Sides' non battered servo. He gripped tight, keeping it that way. "Don't go out on me, Sides. I won't be a very pretty mech then." He attempted at cracking the occassionaly joke, even if it didn't serve a purpouse in helping himself out of worrying. "Electrix, get one of the medics." And with that, he turned his helm sharply to look at the femme, optics narrowed dangerously- he could even hear the air distort around his helm fins. "Now."

Rank: Well, he's currently leader of the D.J.D. (Decepticon Justice Division) Which I'll talk more about later.

Personality (Well, an entire thing all about him, not just his personality xD) : Tarn is an eloquent Decepticon. He enjoys nothing more than playing beautiful music as he waxes poetic quoting "Towards Peace" and other philosophical works by Megatron. He tends to indulge these pleasures at the same time he's using his specially modulated vocal processor to cause the Decepticon Justice Division's latest transgressor's spark to self-destruct. The current leader of the D.J.D., Tarn epitomises the mentality of the team. He is beyond zealous in his devotion to Megatron's cause, going so far as to emboss the Decepticon insignia onto his own faceplate. No traitor, no coward is capable of escaping his team.

But as with many leaders, the pressures of his job have led him to fall back on addiction. Developing an obsession with transformation, he changes form constantly, to the point where he burnt through his original transformation cog long ago. Now he uses either those of the victims of the D.J.D. or cogs acquired through less direct means to acquire replacements, feeding his addiction and ensuring he can continue putting the fear into those who would dare abandon the path of the Decepticons.
