Ava's grin widened and she closed her eyes, taking a deep breath and letting it out. Ya know whats weird? She asked, leaning her head agianst Adam's shoulder.

"I don't know..." Alice said with a blush, "Justt the first time i've ever had so much attention from one person." She said, her back began to burn a little and she winced.

Adam glanced down at Ava for a moment. "What's weird?" he asked, shuffling his wings around slightly. Soon enough, his arms were also wrapped around her, hugging her to his chest.

That I'm a shifter, and you an Angel, I thought they were supposed to hate each other. She murmured, breathing in Adam's scent. The funny thing was, She could still hear, small, and see, like an Ocelot in her human form.

I smiled, but that quickly faded when I saw her wince. "What is it?" I asked, anxiously sitting up and scooting closer to her. "What's wrong?"

"Good point." Adam closed his eyes and pondered the thought. "This just shows that there really can be a friendship between us. And, of course, even more." He nestled his head up against hers affectionately and grinned. "We're proof of that."

Ava smiled even wider, her eyes still closed as she relaxed, loving the feeling of his arms around her.

I smiled, but that quickly faded when I saw her wince. "What is it?" I asked, anxiously sitting up and scooting closer to her. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing." Alice said scooting away, closer to Adam so it didn't burn anymore, "Adam moved to far away." She said.

Adam stiffened slightly when he felt the burning for a moment. But, it faded away when Alice moved a little toward the direction he was in. "This bond thing sucks," he mumbled under his breath, sighing. He looked down at Ava and kissed her lightly on the lips for a brief moment.

I growled self-consciously, rubbing my jaw thoughtfully with my fingers. "I forgot about that." And then his face grew a bright red, almost crimson, and he looked at Alice. "Could he still hear you...?"
