Adam shrugged slightly as he looked down at her. 'All I know is that you can't have us both. I can already feel that it won't work out if you did have us both. As for the bond, I'm not sure about it.' He released his grip around her and stepped back.

I stood silently, not wanting to interrupt their moment whatsoever, and gingerly made my way to the water, wading in deeply, coming to my shoulders. I sighed and tipped my head back, submerging my head for a moment before coming back up, relieved to be this deep on my own terms. I glanced towards Adam and Alice, ready to wait as long as they needed, or longer.

It'll work better this way, but not by much. What if i kiss Damon then i get close enough to you and you see my memories if i'm thinking about it? Or the range thing? Alice thought despreatly, knowing it wouldn't work. She blinked at him with crystal blue eyes, she wiped her eyes and looked back at Damon. "I-if you're sure Adam." She said stepping backwards away from him. She turned around and looked t Damon, "Damon..?" she said.

I blinked and shook slightly, waking up...I had dozed off in the water. I rose to my feet and shook my head fiercely, letting water droplets fly before I looked up at her and took a hesitant step forward. "Yeah...?" I asked, trailing off, not yet coming onto shore for my uncertainty.

[Miko <3]

'I know that it'll bother me, but I'll have to get over it at some point.' Adam sighed as he slipped on his shirt and moved toward the forest. 'Good bye, Alice.' He watched her for a moment before heading off, sighing. "I just wish she chose him first. Then I wouldn't have felt this torn up."

(Uh, it was mostly just Alice, Adam, and Damon discussing on who would have Alice's heart, really. I can't really think of all that happened otherwise...)

"Adam said that it's not going to wrok like this... He's going to find Ava... He's basically giving me to you, despite the bong we share." Alice said, her eyes dry, so it looked like she never even cried. Her hair blew lightly in the breeze. She smiled hoping he'd forgive her.

I blinked widely, unbelieving for a moment. Then I smiled; tentatively at first, but then it spread into a genuine one. I walked slowly onto shore, stopping just in front of her. "And that's okay with him?" I asked softly, wanting to hug her, but holding back.

Adam scrambled up into a tree and sighed. "How am I gonna find her in a place like this? I couldn't even find her the last time I went looking. She showed herself to me," he mumbled under his breath. 'Oh, and one more thing, Alice. Take out the feather I gave you. I only want it to go to the one who will be with me. Fair enough? We're still friends, right?'

Alice jumped into the water beside Damon. She plucked the white feather out of her own shiny black feathered wings. She smiled and nodded, "Yes. He suggested it acually." She said happily, but still sad, and she made sure Adam felt that.
