All the anger faded from Vesp. "W-what?" she stammered, unable to believe what she heard.

"It's all true," Kinu said. "Every word. I take it Stark hasn't said why he loves you?"

Vesp shook her head. "No, he hasn't." she murmured, her voice thick with tears. She quickly wiped them away, but let some pool in her eyes.

Kinu stood up. "Just as I thought."

Vesp couldn't say anything. She couldn't think. "None of it's true," she whispered, mostly to herself.

Vesp uncrossed her arms. "You aren't dangerous to me. That girl just...startled you mostly..." she murmured. She didn't believe a word he said about her, she didn't think any of it was true.

Kinu shrugged. "Very well then. True, the girl startled me and annoyed me. And I feel better. A lot better telling you why I love you. I think I can walk away now. See ya!" he said walking back to town. Man, I hope that doesn't hurt her too much.
