Pokemon: The Adventure (No Longer Accepting!)

"...You don't want to know," Catie groaned, leaning her head into Blaziken's fur. Blaziken just chuckled.

Damon nodded, and turned his attention to the big screen, as the matches were announced. Damon was paired up with a sailor, and Catie against a Grass-type user.

"Good luck!" Catie called as Blaziken carried her over to a battle field.

Damon waved, as he jogged the opposite way. "You too!" he called over, before facing his opponent.

"Tropius, eh? Not bad!" Catie said, grinning at her opponent. Blaziken set her down on her feet. Her opponent, a young girl, gave her Blaziken a horrified stare. "This match will be over in about ten seconds," Catie said, grinning evilly. "Blaziken, use Blaze Kick!" Catie said. Blaziken moved like a blur, hitting Tropius directly, causing his leaves to catch fire. It fainted quickly from the attack, and Catie high-fived Blaziken, grinning, while a couple Pokemon used Water Gun to put out the flames on Tropius.

"Now Loudred, Hyper Beam!" Damon ordered, and his attack struck with precision, K.O'ing the Sailor's Pelliper.

"Hey, that guy's cute, isn't he?" A nearby girl said to her friend. They were watching Damon. Catie felt a tinge of jealousy and crossed her arms. Why should I feel jealous? It isn't like we're a couple. He never asked me to be his girlfriend or anything... She thought to herself. Blaziken poked her head worriedly. "Blaze?" He questioned, frowning. Catie gave him a fake smile. "I'm fine, don't worry," She lied.

Damon chuckled softly as he returned Loudred to his pokeball. He then strode back to Catie's side. "So, how long did it take to win?" he asked her.

"You? About ten seconds. Me, about five seconds," She said, shrugging.

Damon nodded, smiling at her. "You were brilliant..." he said, wrapping his arm around her shoulder.
