Edward kept his expression unreadible, "I know, I am sorry, Bella. I needed to get away for a while." He caught Alice's thought, "Alice is going to murder me." He grinned.

[Rose.]

Bella smiled with him at the ending. "Oh no. Do I have to protect you?" she teased. "I promise I won't let her hurt you," she chuckled, "not too much anyway." she added with a laugh. Just noticing that she had to stop to park her truck since she was close to her house, she hit the brakes and turned into the drive. She parked and cut the roaring engine, unbuckling her seatbelt, not bothering to reach for the door. She knew that by the time her head was even halfway close to the door handle, Edward would have already gotten out and had it opened, helping her out. She smiled at the thought.

Alice was outside in a flash, standing in front of Bella's parked car with her arms crossed across her chest and one eyebrow arched.

Bella chuckled, walking up to Alice. "Looks like we have to kill him now, don't we?" she commented, standing in front of Alice.

Bella chuckled, walking up to Alice. "Looks like we have to kill him now, don't we?" she commented, standing in front of Alice. "Tisk tisk. It's a shame though. He could make a wonderful maid," Bella joked, grinning.

Leah bliked and walked down the beach, eye's slightl;y bored as the scan the horizon, things had gotten boring since the evil vampires had been killed.

As Bella and Alice were discussing whether or not to murder Edward, Jacob was pacing staring off the cliff. He sighed, remembering when Bella first jumped off the cliff and he had to come save her. He liked it better when the bloodsuckers were out of the picture. Especially when Edward was out of the picture. He could feel that if that leech had stayed away for long enough, he could of had a chance with Bella. He knew that it made Bella sad though... But, if Bella could just see that they belonged together, she'd be able to forget those bloodsuckers. Even Edward himself had commented that it would be easier if Bella could just leave him and go be with Jacob. She deserved better than a killer who, when or if she was changed, might have to kill her. She didn't have to change for him. She didn't have to lose anything for him. She didn't have to make any sacrifices for him. She wasn't in any danger with him. Everything would be better with him. But, Bella didn't seem to think so.... He sighed, muttering to himself, "Why does she love that creepy, leechy, blood-sucking, killing, parasite!" If only she could realize. If only... If only Jacob had enough time to make her realize... Then it dawned on him. If he could keep her away from those bloodsuckers long enough, then he might have the time to make her realize it. Jacob smiled, pleased at his new idea. He didn't want to hurt her... But he was sure that she would be happier with him. If she just accepted it, in a little while, it wouldn't hurt her to be away from him... "That's it! Keep her away from him long enough and with me to realize that she can live without him!" Jacob grinned, heading back towards the house as it was getting dark.

Bella smiled. "Alice, try not to hurt him too badly. I need him 'ya know." she grinned. "But, at least he's back, right?" she suggested, shrugging.

[Rose.]

Edward rolled his eyes, "You better get inside, It's getting late." He was at the front door in a flash, like Bella had thought and opened it for her. He smiled his crooked smile at Bella and grinned at Alice.
