Axel looked down at the ground slightly then shook his head, "no, they died a few years back" he said.

"Lex! Lex love it's ok, your ok. Lay still." Aela said, rushing to his side. "It's ok, it's ok." She said softly, glaring at the woman. "I will not give anyone my son!"
The boy stirred in his mothers arms, whimpering a little.
"Lex I need you to be strong, you'll be ok." She said softly.

James chuckled and kissed her "oh I am so happy your back."

Duncan held her carefully and kissed her. "Stubborn girl."

"There might be if you open up." Anya said. "I know something is wrong."

A man walked into the room and touched the elder woman's arm and winced when the eye patch she wore slipped off revealing her eye other eye was missing. She stayed still barley even breathing. The man grabbed the eye patch and gently scooped the woman up. Her body was limp in his arm as he spoke lowly "He'll make it....but we need you to stay alive for a while longer ma'am" He then left the room but not before stopping and looking at Aela, "Artemis is outside, give him your son until Ella gets through the worse. The rooms are sound proof so he wont hear the screams and roars out there. She's working as hard as she can but she's about to get near an old wound of his thats going to cause him to snap. Thats why lady Rayan said to leave the boy. No one will hurt any of you here." He then left and shut the door behind him.
The girl on Lex's back, Ella, had blood dripping from her nose and a little from her mouth but she stayed focused on her work.

Sasha sniffled kissing him back and whispered "I wasn't....completely gone. But I was gone in a sense.....James....it hurts being this cold."

Tsume kissed him back smiling and gripped his shirt wanting to stay close to him.

Eira kept walking without a word moving silently. Her eyes were void of emotion again, she looked at the sky letting her mind drift to the past for a moment, of Anya, Duncan, and her.

Tale was still sitting on the rooftop. He kept thinking of Lilly, he couldn't stop to the point where he couldn't even focus on standing. "I won't leave you... he murmured, I won't let anything happen to you..." he grit his teeth. and looked up in the direction she had gone. He didn't care about the street below anymore. he spun around and at the same time kicked off the wall as he sprint to the other end of the roof, once he got close he turned in an arc to keep his pace as he did a 180 degree turn and sprint back. once at the edge he jumped and kicked off the wall around the edge of the roof. fear had taken control again now however when he realized what he just did. he flailed his arms and hit the wall of the third story across the street. Tale held his ribs slightly and coughed. but climbed up to the roof he panted and looked up, now it was just alleyways between the roofs. he could make those jumps easy. He continued along the roof tops checking below for any trace of her in the alleys. once he reached the end he stopped "where are you..." he grunted and dropped to his knees, his adrenaline rush had begun to fade and he was now feeling the pain from when he made the first jump. He dropped to his knees. "Not... now... huff, huff, I need... to find... her" he said to himself and stood up again

Lilly jerked awake again, she hadn't slept right in a long time. She sat up in the tub slowly letting her ears flick around trying to hear if someone was in the apartment with her when she'd locked herself away. Her breathing was shaky as her fear gripped her and made her feel like she was back at the lab.

Tale walked to the edge of the roof, strining his ears for a sound, his nose for a scent just something to lead him to her. He shook his head and shout out again "Lilly!" but no response, he hung his head down and took a breath. Suddenly he perked his ears and sniffed again, it was coming from below, it was faint, but it was her. He looked around below him "Lilly!"

James kissed her and held her close. "Then let me warm you." He said softly. "This is only temporary, your flames will return."

Duncan chuckled softly and kissed her back. "Well aren't we in a snuggle mood?"

Anya sighed softly and followed "Eira...please."

Aela held her baby close. She was not giving him to any stranger. She knelt beside Lexs head and kissed his cheek. "I can't leave our son... I don't trust anyone here... I'll be right outside waiting for you my love. Be strong." She said softly. The infant in her arms whimpered softly, wiggling so he could see his father. He sniffles and reached for him, but Aela kept him close. "No no... Daddy is hurt. He needs to be alone for a bit." Aela said, fighting tears. She didn't want to leave lex, but she couldn't leave her son.

Demeter frowned, looking up at him. "I am so sorry."

Lex screamed in pain but the moment the door shut there was no sound coming from the room at all.
Artemis was sitting on the floor beside the door with his eyes shut. His ears were down and there was a sense of broken-ness from him.

Lilly jerked hearing someone yelling for her and fell over trying to back up. She yelped in pain and curled up rubbing her head.

Aela fell to her knees and held her boy, silently sobbing. 'Please be strong...'

Anya sighed "alright, you know how to find me if you want to talk." She said before taking off back home.

Duncan chuckled softly and kissed her nose. "Silly girl."
