Duncan sat the books down and went to her side. "you could call for me to help too."

Demetri nodded "so you said somethig bout not being at the park for awhile correct?

"Lilly!" Tale shouted as he watched her go into the air. "D*** it, I'm not losing you again" he said as he jumped to the dumpster and up onto the fire escape on the side of the building. He climbed to the top quickly by climbing the outside instead of using the stairs. Once at the roof he looked around. "where'd you go..." he murmured to himself as his ears drooped. he squeezed his eyes shut then opened them and shout her name as loud as he could as he looked around

The woman waved a hand dismissing Aela's question and slowly stood up. Her eye never moved and there was no compassion in her voice as she spoke "Give your child to the woman outside the room. You're not going to want him in here. What we're going to be doing will wind up upsetting him and in the end hurting his father."

Sasha shook her head and whispered "Things had to happen how they did love. Life is just confusing that way, but thats how it is"

Eira stayed silent for a moment then dropped out of the tree she was in and spoke slowly "I lost control. and caused an accident to happen. So I had to pay the price and learn how to be better." She caught Duncan's scent off Anya and looked away. 'Duncan....' She'd always held a soft spot in her heart for him but she tried to hide it no matter what.

Tsume shook her head and smiled weakly "I'd rather not. Besides you sounded kinda busy"

Lilly hovered in the air a ways up and trembling slightly. her voice was almost completely gone when she whispered"take me home...." The air around her seemed to whistle as she flew through the air back towards the small apartment she'd bought to call home.

Tale's ears perked when he heard the faint whistle of the air. he looked over to see Lilly flying further away "No, Lilly please wait!"" he shout and began running across the roof, he stopped hen he reached the edge however, it was a 4 lane street below, he couldn't make the jump to the next roof from here... He looked down below, and up at Lilly. as she got even further. until eventually she was out of sight. Tale grit his teeth and slammed his fist against the stone roof "no....." he murmured and dropped to his knees "no..."

Aela growled lowly. "I'm not giving my son to a stranger. He's asleep for now, he will not be a bother."

He sighed, shaking his head. "Can you just be made at me so I can hate myself properly?" He asked with a small smirk.

Duncan chuckled softy. "Never for you, but I was just unpacking some more."

Anya frowned softly. "Would you like to go to my home and talk about it?"

Lilly floated into the apartment and staggered into the bathroom where she slowly looked into her eyes in the mirror. Her irises were slowly turning a light grey. She whimpered and curled up in her shower after drawing the curtain shut. Her body wouldn't stop shaking but she didn't care. Her mind kept flashing to Tale and him proclaiming to love her. "He doesn't know me.....or anything about me....so how could he even care?" Her eyes slowly drifted shut as she fell into a light sleep curled up in her bath tub.

Sasha shook her head and sniffled "No, because I never want you to hate yourself."

Tsume smiled softly and slowly moved so she was closer to Duncan and kissed his cheek softly.

Eira turned away and started walking away "There's nothing to talk about little Anya"

The elder woman growled softly before waving her hand.
Lex's eyes snapped open when the spell on him was lifted and jerked around trying to find out what the weight was on his back, but in doing so his upper back burned and felt as though it was cracking open. Lex closed his eyes tightly in pain and roared as his nails extended and sank into the bed he was on. The elder breathed slowly and stood still.

"Lex! Lex love it's ok, your ok. Lay still." Aela said, rushing to his side. "It's ok, it's ok." She said softly, glaring at the woman. "I will not give anyone my son!"
The boy stirred in his mothers arms, whimpering a little.
"Lex I need you to be strong, you'll be ok." She said softly.

James chuckled and kissed her "oh I am so happy your back."

Duncan held her carefully and kissed her. "Stubborn girl."

"There might be if you open up." Anya said. "I know something is wrong."

Tale was still sitting on the rooftop. He kept thinking of Lilly, he couldn't stop to the point where he couldn't even focus on standing. "I won't leave you... he murmured, I won't let anything happen to you..." he grit his teeth. and looked up in the direction she had gone. He didn't care about the street below anymore. he spun around and at the same time kicked off the wall as he sprint to the other end of the roof, once he got close he turned in an arc to keep his pace as he did a 180 degree turn and sprint back. once at the edge he jumped and kicked off the wall around the edge of the roof. fear had taken control again now however when he realized what he just did. he flailed his arms and hit the wall of the third story across the street. Tale held his ribs slightly and coughed. but climbed up to the roof he panted and looked up, now it was just alleyways between the roofs. he could make those jumps easy. He continued along the roof tops checking below for any trace of her in the alleys. once he reached the end he stopped "where are you..." he grunted and dropped to his knees, his adrenaline rush had begun to fade and he was now feeling the pain from when he made the first jump. He dropped to his knees. "Not... now... huff, huff, I need... to find... her" he said to himself and stood up again
