As Always I get up to go and jog in the morning , which as a matter of fact i was doing right now.I watched as the birds flew past in a in a long line , wondering how free they must be in the air , not having to stress about thing , though i did not know what a bird went through so i can't really say.I ran past by neighbors , giving them a fake smile as i greeted them hello.I had a bad feeling deep in side me about today but i didn't know why.

Elena woke up suddenly. She rubbed her eyes and sighed. She would probably be getting a visit from either Damon or Stefan. She stepped out of bed and got showered and dressed. She then went down the stairs and poured herself some coffee and sat on the porch and enjoyed the morning.

Elizabeth took a swing at the punching bag. Her hands wrapped in white tape. She wore a tank top and Capri yoga pants along with lightweight tennis shoes. Her hair was up in a messy bun. She was in an old warehouse. That where most of the time she worked out. Delivering continuous, fat punches to the bag she then side kicked it. Taking a break she drank some water and used a towel to wipe sweat from her face.
