Jake walked down a path leading to the village. Looking up at the sky with watery eyes.

"Jake!" Vi called when she saw him, she nearly tackled him in a hug, "I am so sorry."

Jake blinked she hugged him, "You mean you don't hate me...?" he said softly. His eyes watery like he'd been crying.

"No, I am sorry I was mad at you before, I didn't know what you had went through, I'm sorry." Vi said.

Jake hugged her, "I should have remembered, It's my fault your brother's dead..."

Vi remained silent, she couldn't hold it in any longer. She began to cry.

Jake hugged her tightly. Closing his eyes and letting a few tears run down his cheeks.
