{ SLYTHERIN . SIXTH YEAR . SINGLE }
Ana rolled her eyes at Jace. She had been hoping for a pleasant ride, simply with Sawyer and herself where she was actually comfortable, but, no, Jace had to come and barge in. But that was alright. She needed someone to yell at, as she was nearly positive it would help her get over her... bad mood. "Of course he's not 'just a puppy', Jace; he's far cuter." Hell, Sawyer was cuter than most people, she could honestly, undoubtedly say that and know it was true. But Jace's flirting was not lost on Ana- in fact, it was part of the reason she was so upset. She was far from fond of Jace, and she really, really didn't want her best friend with an obnoxious prat like him. "I wasn't aware that sarcasm was an ancient language- oh, I'm sorry, was that not insulting enough for you? Shall I continue? And, Sawyer, I'm only being mean because he requested it. You can't blame me for that." Her voice displayed mock innocence as she smirked lightly, but it faded immediately after Jace spoke. "Just try. I'll slap you." If anyone used pet names on her, it was Sawyer or Titus, and Jace was lucky to be getting a warning telling him not to. If he pushed this any further... but he probably wouldn't; he wasn't that stupid. "I never said unharmed, love, you misunderstood me. And, you're welcome, Sawyer." Ana gave him a smile, resting her head back on his shoulder.

{ GRYFFINDOR . CHASER . SIXTH YEAR . SINGLE }
'Well, at least the spells worked; at least I didn't screw that much up,' Christopher thought, watching the Ravenclaw fix himself up. He didn't bother to say anything until Regulus asked if he played Quidditch. "Definitely. I'm one of Gryffindor's chasers; some people say I'm one of the better players, but... I mean, I'm not bad or anything, but I'm not amazing. I mean, if I was really good, I'd be Captain..." He replied, rubbing his elbow. "I'd say I'm probably a bit above average... but, I mean, I probably shouldn't judge myself, you know," he answered with a smile. Quidditch was practically the one subject he was completely comfortable with; he could talk about it for ages. "I got into it when I was really little, I used to play with Anastasia Taylor- Slytherin, you know?- she was absolutely terrible yet always claimed she won. I let her believe it. She stopped pretty much as soon as we started school, and she doesn't even really like talking with me anymore, but it was fun. I play with my little sister sometimes, too, she's pretty good for a beginner. I'm trying to talk her into trying out- hey, you're Ravenclaw's seeker, right? She's a Ravenclaw, too- Alexis, if you know her, going into second year. She probably won't try out, though, she's pretty shy," Chris rambled, smiling slightly. He looked up once again at Alexis. Still just the same as she was when he last looked. He smiled at the memories of playing with Ana, before houses were a worry or a thought. He remembered how cheery she had been, how she had been yes, bossy- but he remembered her laugh at the silly things he'd said, and her smile, and- he sighed, they had been friends, best friends until the sorting hat had called out Gryffindor. He wondered what would have happened if Ana had been placed in Gryffindor with him, or if he had ended up in Slytherin. Would they still be friends at this point? He sort of wished they were now, because when you got past her outer shell, she could be one of the nicest people in the world. What if- what if she had gotten hurt, or... or killed? "Okay, I've got to find Ana, even if she hates me. Family's got to stick together, you know... I just have to make sure she's okay..."

{ RAVENCLAW . PREFECT . CAPTAIN . CHASER . FIFTH YEAR . CRUSHING ON TEDDY }
Victoire gave a small nod at his explanation, closing her eyes. She only opened them when Christian opened the window, but she didn't bother to fix it, only pushing it out of her face when necessary. Vic leaned back against the seat, eyes scanning over Teddy, and wondering in the back of her mind what he'd do when he woke up. She didn't move, other than the occasional, sweeping her hair out of her face, until she heard a noise from Christian. She could tell immediately that he was crying, and that shocked her. She had, over time, gathered that he was a bit soft inside, but she had also noticed that displaying emotions wasn't something that Christian was known to do. Vic looked up at him with sympathy, and the sight almost broke her heart. While she wasn't very close with the Slytherin, Teddy was, and with all this... everything that had happened, she did feel a bit closer with him. She lid up into the seat next to him, resting a hand lightly on his shoulder. Vic tried wholeheartedly to utter something, anything comforting, but instead, all she managed was, "I know." Because she did. She did know.
