With a pretty face and an obnoxious shield, it might give her an advantage. She became an expert in manipulation the second she stepped inside her cabin, and she'll use to her power whenever she can. When one looks at Landon Maywood, they would have never expected how the boy would turn out to be. With warm chocolate eyes, and perfectly combed brown hair, all people see if your usual pretty boy. They don't see any potential in the boy. All they see is appearance, and they only think of him as a pretty boy who only cares about his face, but everything they think, are complete lies. Underneath everything, Landon is a human encyclopedia. His intelligence probably came from his mother, but it also came from his father. You see, his father was a professor at one of the best colleges in town, and he made sure his son followed in his footsteps. Even on Christmas did the dad force his son to study. Studying was practically the only thing Landon did in his free time, and it became a habit when his father made him do it almost every day. Most would be surprised when he said this, but he didn't have a very good social life. Many girls giggled at how 'hot' he was, but his family never gave him a chance to mingle with other people. He was raised in a very rich community, and his father was very controlling. This caused the boy to become a little bit of an introvert, seeing himself as an outcast in such a world, but it also made him independent. No matter what other people tell him, Landon doesn't like having 'group' work. He likes solving problem by himself, and he isn't much of a people person. Landon thinks that many people are stupid, and that he doesn't need help surviving in the world. Not much changed when he entered Camp Half-Blood, and it won't really change.
