Auvian leaned against the back wall ofher cell,ed eyes almost glowing in the Darkness. They'd given her a cell far from allthe others. She was too dangerous for the other expiriments. She pushed some of her white hair out of her face.She was what they humans called 'albino.' Of course,Auvian thought the notion was ridiculous.All of her people looked like this. Stupid humans. She hated them,teir language,their customs,and their scientists.

Jared was huddled up in the corner of his cage. He glared at the man that threw another person in his cage. "I'm sick and tired of this." He threw himself at the cage door while Cariallie was being forced inside, but slammed into the bars as the door closed. He sighed and glanced down to the human. "Hey there, Cariallie," he mumbled, unsure if he should be happy to see her in the same cage as himself or not.

Auvian heard the door to another cage slam and she got ready to bolt if they came to next. Two pairs of feet were visible underneath the heavy metal door to the cell. "Okay.We're going into the Night-Mare's cage next.Don't look it in the eye,or you'll wish you'd never been born." So someonenew was getting trained. Auvian smirked. This was going to be easy. "O-okay,sir.God,I feel sorry for whatever human is inthere with that thing."
"There isn't one.Now go!" The door swung open and two gaurds stepped inside,both with their eyes shut."You know Gentlemen,"She started,with a heavy,unidentifiable accent. "it is rude to not look someone in the eye"
"Shut up." Auvian shrugged and sprinted for the door. An electric shock sent her sprawling. She cursed and tugged at her collar. One of the men walked over and replaced the old chip with a new one. "Nice try!" The door slammed shut and she was alone in the dark again.

Cariallie looked up at him with eyes that spoke of unseen pain. She coughed twice and reached for him. She panted from the coughing and watched him. It hurt but she moved the air in and out of her lungs. She was fighting all of this as best she could. She closed her eyes as her hand fell to the floor beside her. She passed out in no time at all.

Mitch stiffened as he stayed huddled in his cage. His eyes shown fear as he watched the commotion in another cage. He could see someone getting a collar chip swapped out. He silently watched, soon shivering. "I hope she's okay." He didn't think that anyone here deserved the torture.

Jared watched her fall unconscious with cold eyes. He didn't bother showing any emotion here. After all, what was there to be happy or excited about. He lightly touched her hand and moved to her side, closest to the door. If a guard were to come in at all, he'd be sure to take him out before he could ever reach her.

Auvian hissed and muttered something in her language.The gaurds walked out,chattering about thepoor soul who was going to be her room mate. "They better notput someone else in here."She growled. Needless to say,the Night-mare hated humans and everything about them. If she were tobe forced to tolerate a human,he would often get a dose of fear.

Cariallie dreamt of the first vampire to ever show emotion to her. She dreamt of the screams and pleas she'd made for herself and him. Nightmares coursed through her. She'd been lucky to make it this long. She trembled and jerked. She hurt and she remembered the last time she'd seen HIM. She remembered the blood transfusions. She knew life should be free not locked in cages. She hated it but she was locked inside her head right now.

The gaurds headed toward Mitch's cell. The older one looked inside. "You know what,Kid?I don't like you. You look to pleased with yourself,sitting in this cell all alone."He shoved the key inthe lock. "Come on,brat."He barked,yanking him up by his hair. "You're gonna go pay a visit to our littlefriend,the night-mare."

Mitch gritted his teeth as guards came toward his cage. "How do I look pleased?" he growled, forced to look at the man since he was yanked up by his hair. "I'm locked in a cage for Pete's sake." He didn't really seem phased by the term, 'Night-Mare', in fact, he was sorta happy. "You know, that's probably not a bad idea. Maybe she'll kill me. Then I'll be freed of this place once and for all."

Jared solemnly stared at Cariallie. It seemed as though she were having a bad dream or something. He wasn't sure. "You feeling alright?" he asked, nudging her lightly. He saw her jerk, but wasn't sure if she awoke from it yet. He looked up when he heard the chatter. He had grown accustomed to humans growling and hissing crude remarks to the guards already.

Cariallie awoke coughing and panting. She grabbed onto Jared's arm and looked into his eyes afraid. She was always afraid upon waking. She touched his cheek and looked at the door. "I don't understand what they want. What experiment will they do next?" She asked softly. She didn't want Jared hurt. She looked down and coughed more. "We......need....to find.....a way.......out of here." She said through the panting.
