"I have no idea" I said puzzled. I jerked the chain again but nothing major really changed. "Forget it. I'll just ride it out." I grumbled and tied him to the cross ties and drove my elbow into his side as he shoved me as i passed. He was trained well all my show horses to have good ground manners. I didnt tolerate this one bit. I put the saddle on him and he lurched his head around and bit my arm but just grazing it nearly breaking the cross ties anchored to the wall. I gave him a good bop on the nose with my hand. [Trust me on this it is all discipline. It doesnt hurt them it feels more like a bug bite to them xD] "Enough!" I barked at him and he just pinned his ears and kept his head low. I fed him the bit and he took it flatly with no fight but i could tell he didnt want it. "You donkey" I muttered and took his reins. "Before we head out im gonna take him in the arena. Unless you wanna stay there and not go on the trails its up to you"

Kacy watched as the horse kept on misbehaving. She was having second thoughts about if he should ride him, with him acting like that. "It doesnt matter to me. Whatever you think is best for him" she said shrugging

"Well see how the arena goes. He's a barrel horse and all this doesnt usually happen he's been taught better" I said and shook my head. "Just keep Tork away from him a bit until I come to you" I said and with Stain on the far side away from Kacey and Tork i walked towards the indoor arena that was Enormous. it looked more like a warehouse. "So how do you wanna get up on him?" I asked with a smile

"Ok" KAcy said as she grabbed Torks reins and waited till Jake and Stain were in the arena. "You probably have to lift me up" she said smiling

"I'll give ya a leg up" I smiled and walked over leaving Stain to pout. I cupped my hand for her to put her foot in to hoist her up. And when she put her foot in i lifted her up into the saddle. "Now remind me again. Have you ever ridden western?"

"Thank ya!" she said to him as she grabbed his reins, and got her feet in both of the stirrups. "Nope, just with a racing saddle" she said smiling

"Alright well first how are the stirrups? Too long too short?" I asked

"Nope, they feel just fine!" she smiled

"Alright good. Now with him he is very easy to ride. You know the basic's im sure." I began as i checked her girth making sure it wasnt too tight or too loose. "He is trained neck rein so and has a gentle mouth so little movements work better. Getting him up to a faster pace is just little movements with your legs. Lead changes he does on his own." I went back to Stain and climbed up and he got antsy again.
