(Basically glitch is Denali's sister...denali put a chicken on Herobrine's head and zelvar's...boom killed the enderdragon.)

Herobrine decided that if chickens follow seeds then he would do just that. He made seeds appear and her threw them four blocks away making the chicken get of his head.
