The Romantic Life of Summer (No Longer Accepting!)

Mitch nodded. "Alright, but I'm sure zat zey won't be zat 'appy zat I kept you zis long." he teased with a laugh. He watched her disapear into her cabin and leaned up against a post on the porch, waiting for her to come back. He still couldn't believe his luck. He had gotten a date with the perfect girl...and he had summoned up the courage to ask her. "Alright, let's 'ead back zo number four." he said, taking back her hand. "Zo you want me to 'old any of zat?" he asked, gesturing to the pile of things she was holding.

Aubrie laughed. "I wouldn't run away! But, if you wish, you may come with me." she said. She looked at the dressed to which Rose had indicated. They were all beautiful, but Aubrie wanted her dress. She had spent a whole month saving up the money to buy it, and she couldn't wait to wear it. If only she had a date...but Rose had said Jalex was going to ask her. Jalex...Aubrie's heart skipped a beat. Had he really been planning to ask her?

[Nostalgia]

"Let's go then." said Rose, walking out of the room. "I'm suprised that Jalex didn't ask you. He looked like a madman when I saw him looking for you." she added, heading towards Aubrie's cabin.
Jake was going crazy in his dorm. He had his tux, but now he couldn't find his shoes. It was like everything was trying to stop him from going to the ball today.

Alec smiled, smirking slightly when he laughed. "You don't have to hold any of it, it's really not to much." She smirked but, of course, dropped her shoes from the top of the pile. "You know, actually it would be nice." She laughed looking down at the shoes in a vain attempt to pick them up.

Mitch laughed as he picked up her shoe that had toppled off the pile she was carrying, holding for her. "I've got zem, no worries." He said. Then, before he knew it, they were at cabin four. He sighed. "Well, 'ere we are,' he said hesitantly, turning to look up at her and holding her shoes up for her.

"I wish he would've." Aubrie said wistfully as they began walking towards her cabin. "I really wanted to go with him...alright, here we are." she said, pointing to a cabin a little way away from them. "I'll run and grab my dress." she said, running towards her cabin. She opened her closet, where she had lovingly hung up her dress, and grabbed it off it's hanger. She picked her yellow High Top Converse off the floor, and scrambled to get her jewelry. She put her Hello Kitty necklace in a small bag, along with a few hair ties and some of her own make-up. She also shoved her earrings in the small bag. Then, she remembered she had to bring her bathing suit, for afterwards. She grabbed some jean shorts and a tank top out of her drawer, and quickly changed out of her bathing suit, putting it in a top bag along with her small bag and her shoes. SHe figured they'd supply thye towels. She ran back outside. "Ok, let's go." she said.

Rose smiled and walked back to her room. She saw Mitch and Alec standing in front of it. "Hi! We were worried that you wouldn't come, Alec. Are you going in, Mitch?" she asked. Alec had a pile of things in her arms, so Rose guessed that she was changing here with them. She grinned and opened the door. "Come in, then." she said.

Alec smiled lightly, and before Rose had come, she'd taken the shoes from Mitch lightly, and kissed him lightly on the cheek before running into Rose's room the moment she opened the door. She smiled, setting her stuff quickly down on the bed and smiled at the other girls. "Hey guys." Her cheeks shown pink, blushing, and looked about.

Mitch jumped slightly when she kissed him on the cheek, and sadly watched her walk away. It would be a few hours before he got to see her again, but somehow he felt it would be worthwhile. He decided to go for a quick swim in the pool before retiring to his cabin until the dance. He gingerly touched his cheek where she had kissed him, and his heart skipped a beat as he began to walk away from the cabin, feeling himself blush.

Aubrie dumped her bag in the corner and then looked at Rose. "Is there anywhere to hang my dress? I don't want to put it on yet because I know if I do, I may spill something on it." she said with a laugh. Aubrie was a klutz, and it would obviously be a mistake to put on her dress before doing her hair and make-up. She smiled when Alec came in. "Oh, hi Alec." she said with a smile and a wave.

Alec smiled, waving, at both Aubrie and herself, trying to remove the fact that she was blushing. "Hey guys." She turned, facing two girls she hadn't met. "Hey! Haven't seen you about."

Matt came, walking to the door he'd seen Alec go into. He knocked thrice, taking a step back. He needed to talk to Alec, but didn't want to blow the cover of being an employee.

Gabrielle heard a lot of noise coming from one of the cabins (the one with Rose in it) and walked over and knocked on it. "Hello?"

Matt turned quickly, seeing the girl come, but made it look like he was walking to every door. He slipped a note under every one, making sure that this fact was seen. The note stated.

Dear All Guests,
The Ball begins in two hours, please be warned!

Matt sighed, he'd have to talk to Alec later.
