Alejandro chuckled and ate his lunch.

Haylee took a small bite out of her bread.

Cameron laughed, " just an idea" he said and winked

Haylee smiled and then finished her bread. She then dipped her spoon into the mashed potatos and then ate the potatos.

Cameron stood up and threw away his tray

Haylee sat at the table and looked over at Dante, but thought nothing to him. He looked deep in thought. So she turned her attention back to Cameron and noticed he was throwing his tray away.

Dante sighed, Okay, once upon a time, just under seventeen years ago, another angel and I were going to try something. We were going to try to sacrifice the bodies of two mortals to try and regain ours back. The other angel was Alejandro. We were standing in their room one dark, stormy night, when Alejandro started to have second doubts about what we were about to do. He tried to talk me out of it, but I wouldn't listen. It ended up in a huge battle between the two of us. The battle was okay - until one attack of mine killed the two humans. We were going to continue the battle - until we heard the avenger angels coming. Alejandro immediatly retreated and left me alone to face them. I had broken one of the most important rules of an angel. Never kill any of those related to the one you love. The one you protect. I'm sorry, Haylee.... The two humans I killed.... were your parents... At the time, it seemed like such a good idea... But now, I realise.... it was the most stupid decision I've ever made.... And the second most stinging blow was that one of my best angel friends left me to fall...

Haylee jumped up without realizing it and yelled, "You killed them?!" She left her tray on the table and ran out of the school and began to run all the way to the park. Tears streamed from her eyes as she approached the park. She found her favorite tree and quickly climbed up into it and cried.
