Haylee ran over to Dante, "Wake up!" She said. "Come on... get up!" She said tears in her eyes, "You're not going to die on me! not today!" She said crying. She put her head by his heart. It was beating, but faintly. She took his hand in hers, "Wake up...please..." She said.

Voltaire went over, biting his lip. "I don't know if I can do anything to help, but I can try..." He said, kneeling down beside her and Dante. he put his hands on Dante's chest and fucussed some of his powers there. Please work.... he thought, closing his eyes.

Haylee looked from Voltaire to Dante, "Please..... work...." She said. "Please..." She was begging now. She had a terribly worried look in her eyes.

Lilly ran out of the house and went to kneel by Voltaire. "You okay?" she asked.

Slowly, Dante started to regain his energy as Voltaire gave him some power. And, eventually, he opened his eyes, gasping for breath twice, before panting lightly as he tried to sit up. Voltaire sighed with relief. "I'm fine."

Haylee smiled with delight, "I knew everything was gonna be ok. Just added some crying for some dramatic effects." She said. She sat by Dante and looked at him, "Are you ok?" She asked him.

Dante took a deep breath and smiled a tad with a small nod.

"Anyone up for Chinese?" She asked suddenly. "Chinese is right across town." She said. "And I could... hotwire the orphanige ladies car so we can get there." She said with a smile.

Dante blinked and looked at her, a bit puzzled. He then shrugged slightly.

Haylee looked at him, "Well, I had to make some kind of excuse to hotwire her car." She said with a smile.
