"Kind of. They started out after moms husband killed her and attempted to kill Jubilee. He was a bad man. A human. " she said softly. She looked down. "I joined to protect them from harm."

Destry watched the boy and smiled sweetly. "He really is a good child." He said kindly. He wondered if his nephew to be would ever be a pack member.

Jubilee looked up sweetly. " For loving me and doing all of this."

Akasha listened to Pyra's story sadly, resting his chin on her shoulder, "That's horrible. But it was good of you to want to help them out like that, especially since it meant leaving your father."

Aella nodded with a smile, "Yes he is. Chrys has done a wonderful job raising him, I'm so proud of the both of them." She had been trying to slowly convince her sister to join the pack with her, but she knew it would be hard on her living surrounded by other wolves and men. As it was she was already avoiding everyone, sitting off to the side and keeping an eye on her son.

Vodaz smiled and trailed his fingers through her hair, "Neither would've ever happened if you hadn't made me able to love. So you should thank yourself, I know I am."

Pyra kissed the boy softly. She knew that he could be scared. She bit her lower lip
She hoped that it wouldn't make him upset with her.

Akasha blinked in surprise at the unexpected kiss, but after a second he returned it. He was tense and uncomfortable around so many people but somehow being around her and having her in his arms was very relaxing.

Jubilee blushed up at him and bit her lower lip. She loved this man with every ounce of her being and that she was his wife made life that much better for her. She leaned into him and sighed sweetly. "Vodaz, what ever would I do without you." She siad sweetly.

Destry watched his mate and smiled softly. He understood that it hurt her that her sister was so terrified of men. He just wished that he could show Chrys that not all men were jerks or mean. He wrapped an arm around Aella and watched his nephew. He could not help the pride he felt for his family. He knew this had been the right thing for him.

Pyra blushed softly as he returned her kiss before she leaned into him. He was so beautiful and she loved how he made her feel good without even having to say a word. She knew he cared about her and that was what mattered to her. "Want to go to the park? It's quieter there."

Vodaz smiled and ran his fingers through her hair softly, "Well, you're an amazing woman, so I doubt it would be too hard for you to find someone else to love, but I know if it weren't for you I'd still be living in a cave and afraid of the world." He still couldn't believe how far she'd brought him from that starving, terrified pup to the man he was today. Everything he was was because of her patient, careful tutelage and he had never expected he'd fall in love with her but he couldn't ba happier that he had, he knew there was no other woman in the world he could love half as much as he did her.

Aella understood her sister's uncomfortableness around men, she'd gone through it too. The only reason she wasn't exactly the same way was because she remembered her father, how much he'd cared for and protected his family, how much he respected their mother and aunt, just as Destry did, and her brother, he might've been mean sometimes, but he'd always taken care of them, he gave his life trying to save them, she'd watched him kill several of their attackers before being taken down. Then she had had to remain strong to keep them from breaking her to do what she could to protect her sister. She hadn't been able to keep all harm from the girl, but she'd taken a lot of the abuse meant for Chrysanthe. She had never regretted it though or resented her for it, it was all her own choice. And while it had been extremely hard for her to go back to being in a world where not all men were monsters, she'd eventually learned to, knowing it was either that or stay cooped up in a house and never leave. So even though it had been hard to give herself fully to Destry she was more than happy she had, and she had tried to convince Chrys how amazing it was but hadn't yet been able to. She laid her head on his shoulder as she ate and watched Ben running around excitedly, unlike his mother he was loving being around so many people. She ate quickly and finished her food before saying, "Okay, I think I need to get back to work."

Akasha blinked in surprise at the question, "Are you sure they won't get upset about you leaving the wedding?" It was really a great idea to him because he wasn't fond of crowds and he would prefer to get to know her without all the noise around.

Lucas smiled faintly "they may heal and scars may fade but I will never regain what I've lost." He thanked the healer kindly looking to Cavan "why do you show kindness when so many just you? I've done nothing to deserve it but you are kind to me... Can you teach me to be like that?" He asked softly

Jubilee smiled sweetly at his words knowing that he would be the only she would ever love. She stroked his cheek gently and looked into his eyes. "I will never love anyone as much as I love you, Daz. I will always love you after all I don't marry just anyone." She said and kissed him softly before smiling up to him. She couldn't believe how much he had helped her to grow.

Destry looked at his mate and nodded. She was beautiful and kind. She was everything he had always dreamed about and more. He wouldn't change it for anything in the world. He was very happy to have her as his and to share in her life. He smiled sweetly. "I understand." He said kindly and stroked her hair gently. "Stay out of trouble."

Pyra smiled at him and nodded. "I'm sure. Jubilee and Vodaz won't mind after all we were here for the best part of it." she said and looked into his eyes. He was so beautiful to her. She took his hand and began to lead him away towards the woods. "Don't be scared, there is a pretty awesome place not too far from here."

(sorry guys, extremely busy the past couple days)

Aella smirked at him and replied, "We all know I probably can't do that." She winked playfully then leaned over to kiss him lovingly. Even after all this time she was still amazed she'd found such a wonderful man to love and to be loved by. She wasn't sure how, but she knew without a doubt she could always trust him and she knew he would always protect her as she would him as well. Reluctantly she pulled away from him and stood up, "Love you." She lightly let her own fingers glide through his black hair then leaned down to kiss him one more time for a moment before once more breaking away. "Hmmmm, you're so addicting," she said with a soft laugh, knowing she could never get enough of him. She leaned down and grabbed her guitar then headed for the small stage, she'd called in a couple favors and gave out one or two herself to some other people she'd met in her business so far to get a small band together so that it was more than just her, but still free. They had all taken a break to eat too, but now appeared ready to keep playing again. She plucked a couple cords and tuned her guitar before starting to play the song Jubilee had requested for their first dance.

Vodaz laughed softly as he turned his head and kissed her palm softly before kissing her back happily, "That's very good to know. Because I could never live without you, and there's no one I would rather love." He turned his head as he saw Aella walking up to the stage then looked over at his new wife and stood up to hold his hand out to her with a happy smile just as the first notes started to play, "May I have this dance?"

Akasha blushed a little as she looked into his eyes as if she were looking inside him other than just at him, he wasn't used to anyone looking at him like that, but smiled and wrapped his hand willingly around hers, "I'm not scared, not of you. And I'd much rather get away from all the commotion, especially if it's with you." He happily followed her towards the woods, watching her as she led him, she seemed to produce happiness, making it infectious, or maybe just watching her was what was doing that, he wasn't sure but he'd never experienced anything like that.

"It's not about regaining what you've lost," Paion replied with a smile as she stood back up, "it's about learning to live without it." She left the both of them to go attend to other duties.

Cavan shrugged, "If everyone only ever showed kindness to those that show kindness to them first then no one would ever be kind to anyone. But sowing kindness reaps kindness, maybe not one hundred percent of the time, but most times. As you're proving right now. It's really not as hard as you may think. If someone asks something of you and its in your means then try to do it, if you see someone in need then help them, sometimes it may seem like it doesn't do anything for you, but sometimes it's returned ten-fold. I've showed such kindness to my pack and in return I've won their love and loyalty, I know they would follow me to hell and back if I needed them to."
