Bellatrix Lastrange. Actual daughter
of Rodulphus Lastrange. (Her
mother was wife of Rodulphus
before she died, Rodulphus
married Bellatrix a little later.
Cece's learned a lot from
Bellatrix.
.: Personality :. Cece is smart,
kind, caring, silly, random,
humorous, rational, rebellious,
loud, headstrong, brave,
strong and a lot like her step
mother.

quite know yet, but she is
pretty sure she is going to
be straight as she has no
attraction to other females.

.:A Story:.
Cece was born 3 months early, because her mother was an alcoholic and drank a lot when she was
pregnant with Cece. Cece was 3 pounds at birth. She wasn't pink, she was bone white and instead of breathing
she was wheezing. Cece was thought to have never made it through a week, but she did, then 2, then 3, and
now she has been living 13 years. She only started walking when she was 4, and talking at about 5. Her body
is still in shock from the alcohol poisoning, so she is 5 years behind. Cece has the body of an 8 year old, and is
only growing at small rates so she will be this small for a long time, at 18, she will look 13, and will stop growing.
Cece had dyslexia and A.D.H.D. to make it worse, she does a lot of tests and extra classes to help her with her
focusing skills (which are very low)
