Arya sta on the limo's leather seat. It was really comfortable, but it was so dark on the inside she could barely see Kat and Em's faces, much less the driver or anything else inside the expensive-looking car."I'm quite sure we have to go here." Arya replied to Em, in the same nervous tone she had used.

The Voice gave a hint of soft laughter, which made Arya shiver to the bone. "Soon, little one, you will know the answers." And he fell silent, and they took off into the night.

"You got another memory, and this time, you didn't snap out of it..." Xaria said, shivering as she recalled the memory.

He paused, confused. He tried to bring it back to the surface, but tridents flashed in his head ad he stopped. " I don't think I should try that again..." he muttered quietly.

Xaria shook her head. "Don't force it..." She said quickly, her eyes downcast. "It's not good for your health..." She said, peeking up at him from behind her lashes.

“This is gonna be so AWESOME!” smiled Kat, bouncing in excitement. “This car sure is brilliant, it must be expensive. The leather is very good quality, and I bet the horsepower is as high as a formula one car’s! There’s probably some extra technology in here, and IT’S JUST SO COOOL!!!!”

She really did look like her Christmases and birthdays had all come at once. She wasn’t thinking of any dangers to come anymore. She was just a small kid, exited about a car. Kat had no space left in her brain to be worried. She stopped talking, and started just staring at the car she was in. Bliss.

Emily glanced at Kat and grinned a little. Her friend almost couldn't contain her excitement, while Arya was turning pale. She herself just sat in the corner closest to the door. Not that she would bail on her friends, but just in case if something happened, it was there, and she felt a little more secure knowing that.

What the heck was going to happen to them, and what did Arya know that she hadn't told them?

She had one surprise up her sleeve though. Kuvasi was with Jasper, and if there was one thing that could provide ample distraction, it was a crazed hellhound.

Arya's palms were sweating, but she managed a nervous grin at Kat when she started beaming about the car. "Don't push him, please." she muttered. But the Voice dude did not seem angered with that. "Why, yes, it has some... built-in facilities." From what Arya could make out she saw him press a button on the tablier, and all went dark. Literally. She could not see anything, nothing but black. And then it was gone, but they weren't driving along Camp's borders any longer. The outside was covered in snow. "Welcome to Alaska, miladies." he told them politely, but did not brake.

"A-Alaska?" Emily faltered. This was the first time she had heard the Voice, and it freaked her out. What was going to happen to them?

She took a deep breath, gathering a bit of courage, and asked, "Ok dude, who are you, and Why are we in Alaska?" She didn't like Alaska. Not at all. Pegasus flying would be hard, and it wasn't good for hellhounds. She'd been here once before...

It was a cold night, and she was alone, besides a close to newborn Kuvasi, who wouldn't be useful for anything- she couldn't stop shivering. This was supposed to be a family vacation...

She stopped the memory. No one would die this time. She was a stronger person now, and she wouldn't allow it. Her friends needed her- she wasn't one to panic.

[Geronimo.]

“I can’t see the car now!” moaned Kat as the strange driver cut out the lights. She was still grumbling, inside her head now when the driver announced they were in Alaska. “That was quick. Almost too quick. But it’s one of the god’s cars and they’re faster than mortal’s cars so it must be normal speed for this kind. If I had to compare it to a mortal car, though it would be extremely inaccurate, I’d have it pegged for a Ferrari or a Mercedes, though perhaps a Formula One racing car would be better for this speed.”
She said all this very fast.

Kat didn’t seem to care about their location, only their transport. She wasn’t taking in the reactions of Emily or Arya, though she registered them talking. “Shush, Em. I want to look at this car, and see what other cool stuff it has. It must be the second most awesome vehicle in the world. It’s definitely the best car in the world!”

Emily grumbled something, a little upset that Kat shushed her, but didn't reply. But she still wanted an answer from the Voice- she wasn't one to be ignored.
