After Ren was gone I looked down at Hiro and thought for a moment. I'd always be a bit more fashion savvy than the rest of the flock what with all of the late night shopping I liked to do so I gave Hiro a quick look over and shrugged. To me he seemed like he could be anywhere from a six to an eight and the back of his shirt was a small for his little age group of sizes. "You're shirt is a small but for pants I'd have to say maybe a seven? The general idea behind sizing is that it's based on age so you should be somewhere between a six to an eight. You're kind of smallish though so it might be a six."

Hiro nodded, blushing a bit at that last comment. He was not small, if anything he was big for his age. Well, then again he'd never really met anyone his age except for Erasers and they didn't count, and other mutants at the School which really didn't count either since they were all different sizes. He turned and headed toward the clothes, dragging Jinx behind him.

His blush made me want to stop for a minute and ramble on about his cuteness but I refrained from doing so for his sake and for the sake of not drawing attention to us. Giggling softly I picked him up, not wanting to be dragged any longer. He was a lot stronger than the average seven year old and he had been doing a pretty good job of dragging me along. "Alright, no more dragging mommy, ok? It's not a very nice thing to do young man. I know you're excited but there's no need to rush." For him, the baby talk was probably demeaning considering his current level of intelligence. For me, it was quite funny.

Hiro scowled but nevertheless wrapped his skinny legs around her waist, leaning his head on her shoulder. He hated it when people babytalked to him, and Jinx of all people knew that. He let her carry him to the clothes section but when they got there he unwrapped himself from her, slipping to the ground silently. He still couldn't help being quiet, no matter how hard he tried he just wasn't very noisy like a normal kid.
