Hiro looked at Ren when he said his name, nodding slightly. At least he would be with Jinx, and not have to be alone with people he wasn't particularly fond of. Not that he didn't like them, he just found it uncomfortable being around all these people he rarely talked to without someone he enjoyed talking to being there as well.

The moment I inhaled I growled softly and stopped breathing through my nose. Loud city sounds already created the beginnings of a headache and now I didn't know what to do. Did they not smell and hear all of this? Well, they probably did just not as intensely. This was a terrible idea and even though there would have no doubt been a fight, going with Axel would have bee easier on my senses. It was much too late now though and there wasn't anything to drown out the scent or the noise so I'd have to grin and bear it. I watched as Hiro pulled on a shirt to cover his wings and I'd much rather have had him with a jacket or something but his wings were small so it would do. A small movement from Ren caught my attention and I saw what he was gesturing towards. Hopefully, it would smell better there. "Umm Ren, I think we might need a cover story just in case someone wants to know what a bunch of kids are doing around here. With me and you that's really easy, but Hiro is kind of unexplainable. Even if no one asks, it'd be smart to have one just in case."
