Ren laid in bed, snoring softly. He'd been up late on the roof last night and was clonked out now. The boy was tangled in the sheets, wearing the tee-shirt and jeans from yesterday.

Athena slowly woke up as the Sun began to shine through her window and onto be face. She looked up and just as quickly cover her face with the covers again to block the light.

I had been flying around for quite some time just enjoying the peace that the sky provided. After a while though my wings began to get sore from pushing myself so hard for so long. The slightest tilt of my wings caused me to bank left until I was hovering in front of Ren's window then I folded my wings and swung myself up on the tiny windowsill and pushed the window open silently. Smirking mischievously I entered the room and was met with his soft snores which was going to make scaring him that much easier. I sat on the edge of his bed grinning and showing off my fangs with my wings spread wide waiting for him to wake up.

The slightest thump of something climbing onto the side of the bed woke him up. Ren's eyes flickered open, and the first thing he saw where the fangs. He jumped slightly, his shoulders tensing, and as his eyes adjusted to the light of the room he saw it was Jinx. "Hey Fang." He cooed softly, rubbing his eyes and sitting up with a slight smile.

Athena faintly heard Ren and Jinx talk, and decided it was time to get up. She Slowly got dressed and headed to the kitchen for some breakfast.

My grin instantly dropped into a frown when I didn't get the reaction I wanted and I folded my wings with a sigh. "You are getting way too comfortable around here. What if those fangs didn't belong to me? You would be dead. Or worse, you'd be back in the lab. Get up, take a shower, get dressed, eat, then get ready for some brutal training." I narrowed my eyes daring him to tell me no. I wasn't the leader by any means but I knew how to take care of the flock even if my ways were a bit unconventional.

He tilted his head. "Okay, so you wanted me to attempt to kill you?" Ren shook his head and swung his legs over the side of his bed. "I mean, yes sir." He tugged on his tee-shirt and started out the door.
