My tone lightens as I inspect her eyes. "Joe...you ok?"

Ignoring her, I slip into the nearest room and lock the door. I press my body up against it and breathe heavily, my face slowly turning back to its original color.

"Johanna!" I call, running at the door only to have it slammed in my face. I knock. "Joe?" I say in the most gentle and motherly tone I can use

Alisa yawned slightly opening her eyes. She slowly sat up in the bed stretching out her arms, What time is it? She glanced around for a clock, but remembered that power was down everywhere. She sighed and got out of bed walking over to the window. She peered through the window carefully from the barricades and glanced up at the sky. Hmm.. seems about noon now. She walked away from the window and stretched her arms again. God I can't believe how stiff I am. She looked at the bed then silently sighed under her breath, Well might as well get something to eat. She walked to the door and placed her hand on the knob. She stopped leaving her hand there when she heard Siki say Joe, Something probably happened. She shook her head and opened the door walking out. She walked down the hall and into the kitchen, opening a cabinet and grabbing a box of Cheese-Its. She smiled and walked back to the room sitting on the bed noming on the cheese-its.

I bite my lip, in panic mode. "I-I...don't wanna talk right now....please j-just...give me some time alone." I stutter, actually sounding pretty vulnerable for Johanna.

I sigh. "Alright Joe." What has gone to everyones head lately? I sigh and push myself off the door. "How much time do you need?"

Johanna
I think fast, scratching the back of my head with my hand. "Uhhh...not too long like...possibly a y-year....or two....or..three.....or 10." I finally say, then completely go silent, vowing to myself that I'll say nothing more.

I sighed. "If you do that we might aswell decide your a walking corpse and leave you here." I warn jokingly
