oh right well you have to kind of get the top line of your eyelashes with one of your fingers and move it up a bit just so you cant blink that much and with the bottom line of eyelashes get you middle finger and put it about half way on the eyelashes and pull down then with your other has have the conact on the finger that is next to your thumb and touch your eye with it but dont look and you will need a mirror as well when the contact is on your eye dont take your finger off you have to le the air escape befpre you take your finger off cause otherwise the contact come out ))
