Lars did shut up then and stayed perfectly quiet during the rest of the trip not daring to open his mouth and keeping those words on his mind 'I'm mounting on a living creature... He is not going to let me fall...' it was pretty much what Deryn had said when he placed his hand over his mouth. He just took a deep breath and tried concentrating on other thing other then the fact that they were quite high up and that a fall from there certainly meant death.

Alexander wrinkled his nose watching Jackson's arm, "it... You know, Jackson you might want to consider having to cut your arm off when we get out of here..." he said looking at his cousin then shook his head quickly, "No no no... I think they can fix it... Those guys can fix anything..." he mumbled more to himself and pulled his jacket out then ripped a part of his shirt to work as one of those things you rest your arm on, you know? I just forgot how it's called... "Here Jackson... An... 'armrest' " he offered over.

He stayed a few moments silent then, "you think the watch can take us out of here?" he asked, "I mean.... I was just wondering about it... What does it do at all ?" he asked.

Leon rolled his eyes, "pain is a sign of love too" he smiled a little and chuckled then shaking his head, that was the typical talk of the sadists... "no squishing your cheeks then... Though it is highly tempting..." he relaxed his body now that Lars had managed to get himself calm as well, "Lars calmed down..." he commented not letting himself enjoy the flight.

Taylor didn't relax much when Kordell introduced himself, he'd heard about the teachers of the old Horia academy and there were more than a few rumors amongst teenagers about a few of those teachers. Taylor had heard rumors about how Kordell had been to the Otherworld, been possessed by demons and dared helped the terrifying Trinity Kane full the last school with demons. Rumors - but they freaked out the kid. He only relaxed a little when Kordell showed him that he could turn his hand into stone with ease. Taylor wished that he could do that, he'd stop struggling to breathe every now and then when his powers acted up.

He nodded when Kordell asked his name, and moved forwards a little so he wasn't leaning against the tree anymore. He could feel the bark of the tree sticking into his back painfully. He quietly reached past Kordell to pick up the device, moving a little unfluidly, he could feel that parts of his joints and muscles had turned into rock now there were patches of grey across his arms and fingers but he managed to pick up the device anyway.

Taylor smacked the device to stop it bleating out the letter f over and over, then went back to typing.

Deryn watched Lars carefully, making sure that he wasn't going to panic any more than he was already doing. He kept his hands on Lars's shoulders and looked behind him at Jayne to check she was alright too. "Hey, don't worry, we're almost there now Lars, I can see the island not far away. I can also see Leon and Septimus..." He frowned when he spotted the angel and demon not far away.

"I like my arm..." Jackson whined, shaking his head when Alex offered him something to wrap around his arm. "You shouldn't put material on burns, it's not bleeding so I should just leave it. If I put fabric on it it will stick to the fabric and increase infections..." He pulled a face at it and shook his head, "I want to go to the infirmary..."

"Pain is painful..." Septimus whispered. He gently tightened his grip as he usually did before landing, and dropped down carefully onto the grassy area in the center of the council island. He kissed Leon's cheek and gave him a hug. "Deryn, Lars and Jayne will be landing over there..." He pointed as Tyrfing started to slow down and land too.

Lara nodded some then, right... The thought of finally landing made him relax some more and he kept himself shushed up, "Leon?" he asked softly and nodded, well... No idea of why Leon was there, actually he had an idea of why he was there, probably because his nervous state had affected the demon in someway and he was coming up to check on him or something like that.

Alex nodded and just placed the cloth in his pocket and closed up his jacket, "right... So... What do we do now, Jackson? Should we keep going or stay here?" he asked looking around some.

Leon looked at him and gave a slight nod to his comment and hugged him back then straightening his clothes up and fixing his hair on a braid once more as he watched the dragon come by and took a careful step back watching as they landed.
