Gilbert laughed nervously and opened the door, "Peter! Hallo! I was just thinking of giving myself a haircut--or maybeasking Alfred to help me out with it." He smiled reassuringly, "I'm starting to look a little scruffy."

"Ooh!!" Peter rushed in and over to the desk. He began to awkwardly attempt to jump up onto it or climb it, so as to be able to see Gilbert better. After a few good tries, he thought wiser and pulled ou the bottom drawer, managing, with some effort, to pull himself onto the desk. "Daddy and I need haircuts too! Usually momma cuts it for us, saving the trip... But, I don't know where she keeps it." Peter shrugged, looking very serious about not understanding. "So... You should get Aunty Elle to cut your hairs for you!! Cuz' like... She's like my momma to my daddy!, but... For you, and not my daddy. I don't think she really likes my daddy... Oh! But I like her, she's pretty cool, and she knows a lot about COOL STUFF!" Peter grabbed his knees and tittered back and forth, unable to sit still, while flashing a toothy smile(with at least one tooth missing) to Gilbert. "So you should get her to cut your hair. She'll do it, won't she?, she loves you right?, you don't smell do you?"

"Well, Peter... I don't know. Do I smell bad to you?" Gil poked Peter's stomach, "I think sometimes Aunty Elle likes your daddy, but not all the time." He shrugged and flopped down into his chair, "She is cool, yeah... But I'm not so sure she wants to cut my hair right now, kiddo." He smiled, an air of sadness about him, "Have you seen her lately?"

"A'course I've seen her... Why wouldn't she want to cut your hair? Does she think it hurts you? Did you do something wrong?" Peter leaned forward. "When my momma gets angry at my daddy, he usually does something nice for her, like he gets some flowers, or offers to cook dinner, and sometimes they watch movies. Usually action movies! So, maybe you should do something nice for Aunty Elle! Something REALLY nice. That way she'll forget why she's mad at you and she might do something gross like kiss you! UGH!! Gross!" Peter scrunched his face up a bit at the thought. "Daddy kisses momma all the time... I don't get it, it looks nasty."
