I shot out of the water and shook the water from my head. "Im gonna like freak the next time you do that" I smiled and watched the planes fly by and i hugged her from behind

"sorry" I smiled and giggled wrapping my arms around his "arent planes amazing" she said wistfully as they flew into the distance

"Yeah" I sighed and i could hear Then Playing on the next beach over. I guess there was a concert there at the tiki bar. "This sounds like our song" I said with a smile

"It does I love this song" she laid her head back and closed her eyes softly singing along

I began to sing with her softly and we drifted to shore by then and when i stood up it was the sunset. I took her hand in mine, placing the other around her back. I began slow dancing with her on the shore just where the waves brushed over our feet. The blue water now turned a fiery red from the setting sun. The white foam of the breakers as they washed up were a pale pink and a peach color from the surrounding last rays. "You are my life now..Nothing will ever change that" I whispered

I rested my head on his chest the wind slowly blowing around us "You've been my life from the moment I met you in 1st grade I just never realized it" I said looking up at him "I love you Jake I always have" I said smiling gently bending my head up to his to kiss him

At the moment our lips touched the tide came in on the rocks and as the waves crashed up on the rocks creating a wall of sea mist with a loud soothing crash. It was almost one after the other. Kinda like water fireworks throwing the colors of the sky at us but always fell short. My whole world was wrapped in my arms, and i wasnt about to let her go.

I held on tightly this was the most perfect moment in my entire life I had never had as great a guy as this. The shower of water from the waves engulfed us and drenched us. But close to Jake I couldn't feel it he was so warm so comforting I was never going to leave him and my parents were just going to have to deal with that fact. I completly lost myself in his embrace this moment was sureal almost like a piece of heaven.
