((Nah, I just tend to waffle on. Besides, I'm probably going to be writing really short stuff after this week as the workload is going to be enormous.))
Ignis too looked back at Bozo to see him still glare at her for imprinting her nails into his injury. She grinned in return, shrugging her shoulders. She knew he'd get over it; he always did when she did something like that. Besides, she was understandably the only friend he had and she was always fun to be around. She thought she was, anyway. He was stupid and ugly. God, it actually look like his neck threw up, she thought, observing that horrific mess in between his ears called a face. No, without her he'd be bullied by the other immortals, most certainly by the Guardians. She's turned him into something a little more evil so that instead of being just ugly he was now gruesome and horrific, the perfect monster. Now he was the fear of many, many children and it was all down to her pure genius and talent. She knew she treated him badly, though. Evil was in her nature so she didn't see why it should stop for Bozo. It's not like he was special or anything. She bullied him because he let her, he let her torment him in any way she wanted to and it was hilarious for her. He was like a shadow always echoing her every move, and quite frankly it was irritating at times. She couldn't believe he hadn't noticed that the only way to stop her from doing what she did was to gain her respect, something that Nera Core, for instance, had done by nearly overpowering her with her powers. Ignis knew the previous battle could've gone either way, and that she had saved her own strength for a larger attack but, nonetheless, Nera had gained her respect. Now that she thought of it, she wondered if Joshua could impress her. Healing powers, she scoffed mentally, suppressing a thought at the very notion of it. How pathetic. I could make mincemeat out of little Joshy. Maybe I still will. She deliberated but decided against it, knowing Pitch would probably not be impressed, not that she cared about what he thought. Joshua could be friends with the Guardians for all she knew and if they found out... well, Pitch would be doomed earlier than anticipated and she still needed him despite her feelings towards the idiot. And though she loathed to admit it, she needed Bozo, and needed him preferably as less damaged as possible.

Bozo cradled his arm, hurt in his eyes as he bore his them through his best friend's skull. It wasn't his fault that the green boy triggered unwanted memories and Ignis knew that, he was sure of it. He just wished that she would stop being so cruel to him and that she start acting like a friend, though as she turned and smiled that malicious smile of hers he reminded himself that that could never happen. She was evil, after all, evil to the very core. He longed to be like that, to not care about anyone or anything and be free of the hurt that he carried. Again, that wasn't possible. Why's life so bladdy unfair? he thought bitterly. It's his fault. He turned his glare to Joshua, clenching his jaw. If he hadn't showed up he would've forgotten about the pain for one more day, he would've pleased his friend for longer. Because of this low life, he was in metaphorically "in the kennel" with her yet again.
"Bozo, what's your face doing?" Ignis asked, genuinely curious. "It's doing something really creepy."
"It's just my face. What's wrong with my face?"
The elder immortal grimaced. "I can see it for a start. It's actually making me feel a bit sick. Just stop doing whatever it is you're doing before Joshy faints."
Bozo huffed, struggling to control his temper, becoming seriously fed up with her. He was about to say something he would later regret when Ignis spoke for him. "I think his arm's getting to him," she said quickly, grabbing it none too gently and showing it to Joshua.
The grotesque man didn't fight back and instead held out his arm willingly for the younger to look at. His arm was in quite a lot of pain already, the deep scars lacing the limb already looking infected. Sure, they'd gone to Queenie's place and tried out a few potions on him, but Ignis was no healer and may have actually caused some damage trying to cure him as well as helping. "What d'ya think?" he demanded gruffly to Joshua.

Sorrow pulled a face. Dragonic? Dragon?! he thought ludicrously. What the-? So she knows it's a dragon and still wants to go after it?! He sighed, deciding that he was insane to go along with the plan but it was too late to change his mind. Besides, Nera had a dragon of her own if they got into trouble and Sorrow could... mist the foe to death? Make it feel a bit chilly? Poke it, maybe? The newborn began to think of what would happen if they got into a fight and if his powerful was hurt... he'd be about as useless as a knife without a blade and die almost immediately. He was about to voice his new-found concerns to Nera when he noticed her looking positively elated at the sunset. Great. Fantastic. We could die, we could be incinerated by a freaking dragon but at least the sky looks pretty and the stars are twinkling... So that's your priority, Nera. He couldn't understand girls and their constant need for something pretty. Still, at least she looked remotely happy, something that he hadn't really seen thus far. "I, um, have no idea where dragons live. I haven't really met one, at least I don't think I have. Do you by any chance know any dragons?"

Spike rubbed both wrists and sighed once more that neither of them were hurt. The feathered creature was now at her side, seeing if she was alright. The young girl gave a small nod, her pride wounded by her failure. However, that was soon forgotten when she recalled about their non-verbal conversation in the clearing. She bared her teeth and pointed at her front tooth, shrugging. She wanted to know where the beings kept the teeth and what exactly they did with them. She thought teeth were just for talking and eating but they clearly meant more than she had first thought and began to wonder if they'd ever taken her teeth too. She still found the action of them taking teeth a little disturbing but was now overtaken by her childish curiosity.
((Wow, I made Ignis impossibly arrogant. Urgh.))
