"Um, then yes I like it?" Luka replied, hesitantly.

Liberty

Liberty frowned a little, then gave Luka another kiss, "You're serious? You like me kissing you?"

Luka

"Um, yes..." Luka muttered. "Why, is that a problem?"

[Placebo Effect]

Liberty

"No no..." Liberty mumbled softly, "I just never thought anyone would like me like that. I thought I'd grow up and live with thirty two cats."

Luka

"Thirty two cats?" Luka asked. "Even one cat is to much for me. I'm horribly allergic to them."

[Placebo Effect]

Liberty shrugged, "I was going to train them as a secret army of ninjas..." She moved so she was sitting next to Luka and carefully rested her head on his shoulder, "I'm allergic to them as well though so I have no idea how I would do that..."

Luka

"Use hamsters. They're sneakier." Luka suggested, putting his arm around Liberty's shoulders.

[Placebo Effect]

"And cuter..." Liberty agreed, smiling a little as she glanced up at Luka. "You're not too bad yourself..."

Luka blushed once again. "Thank you... You're very pretty as well..."

Seth

Seth sat down at the same table as Kayla. The other people sat down at a table near them. A waitress came over to Seth and Kayla's table. "Can I help you?"

Luka

"Yes, it's the right club. I'm not as hopeless with directions as my mom." Luka paused to consider Liberty's question. "You want me to tell you about the time I discovered my powers? Very well, but let's sit down first." Luka sat down in a nearby chair. "Well, I was nine, almost ten, and as I told you, practically useless in battle. I was playing with Nyoka, my best friend both then and now, and we had strayed rather far from our homes, into the woods. Naturally, we got attacked by a very powerful demon. Nyoka was a very gifted fighter even then, but a nine year old can't really defeat a 900 year old demon. He was finally defeated, gaining a horrible scar." Luka paused from the story to elaborate. "That's way he wears his hair that way. He's missing an eye. Anyway, Nyoka was all but finished, so the demon came for me. But when, he tried to impale me, with his unfortunate metal weapon, I figured out my power."

Taika

"Yes. It's a bit disappointing, but I wouldn't want it any longer."

Kayla looked up and smiled. Picking the first thing on the menu sh told the waitress her order.
