"Are you sure? Not directions or anything? You seem to be following us." Seth asked, his smile looking forced.

"No, we're fine." The other figure, who was in purple, added.

Kayla tapped her fingers on the table nervously, wondering what would happen next.

Luka

"Actually, my power appeared abnormally early. Well, I was about to get impaled, but still. Most powers just appear on their own, when their owner needs them. You'll find yours someday." Luka replied, scanning the area. "You see any demons?"

Liberty

Liberty shook her head with a frown as she looked around, "No, can't see any... Did you get the right club?" She glanced at Luka for a moment, "You were about to get impaled? Please do elaborate, this sounds rather interesting."

"That's it? Really?" Sammy was surprised. IN all the books she'd read, this involved complicated and lengthy rituals.

Seth

Seth sat down at the same table as Kayla. The other people sat down at a table near them. A waitress came over to Seth and Kayla's table. "Can I help you?"

Luka

"Yes, it's the right club. I'm not as hopeless with directions as my mom." Luka paused to consider Liberty's question. "You want me to tell you about the time I discovered my powers? Very well, but let's sit down first." Luka sat down in a nearby chair. "Well, I was nine, almost ten, and as I told you, practically useless in battle. I was playing with Nyoka, my best friend both then and now, and we had strayed rather far from our homes, into the woods. Naturally, we got attacked by a very powerful demon. Nyoka was a very gifted fighter even then, but a nine year old can't really defeat a 900 year old demon. He was finally defeated, gaining a horrible scar." Luka paused from the story to elaborate. "That's way he wears his hair that way. He's missing an eye. Anyway, Nyoka was all but finished, so the demon came for me. But when, he tried to impale me, with his unfortunate metal weapon, I figured out my power."

Taika

"Yes. It's a bit disappointing, but I wouldn't want it any longer."

Liberty

"Just in the nick of time by the sounds of it." Liberty smiled playfully even though she knew it wasn't likely a happy memory. "You're both okay now though aren't you?" She guessed they were if one was a leader and one was running the whole demon hunting business. She pulled her cloak tightly around herself, feeling a little cold in the club, or it might have been the ice cream she'd just eaten. "There's that phrase, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger."

Luka

"Yeah, I suppose. I got a scar too, but it's nothing like Nyoka's." Luka tapped the scar on his nose. "Of course, yes, we're fine now."

Liberty

Liberty reached forwards and gently kissed the scar on Luka's nose. "All demon hunters have scars you nutter, they come with the job."

Luka blushed bright red and began stuttering. "Um... Ok?" He replied, obviously not knowing what to say.

Codename: Primadonna
Age: She doesn't exactly celebrate birthdays, but she believes she's about 18.
Did they enlist willingly?: She never really "enlisted", per say, she was kind of born into the program, raised on it too.
Personality: She's tough, and quite anti-social, known to hold grudges and keep records of past mistakes, using them to her advantage when the time comes. That said, she is more peaceful than most on the subject of war. She want- no- she needs to win, but not with unnecessary pain or bloodshed. She really just doesnt want anyone else to die. On the other hand, if that's what winning costs, then by all means, so be it. She is also very intelligent, quick witted, and good at solving riddles, mysteries, and other scenarios of the sort.
Position: I'd like for her to be a leader, but I dont really mind if thats not an option.
Apprentice?: Thanks, but no thanks. I prefer to work alone. Well, as alone as possible anyways.
